City match thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Yep, shocking strike from the lad but, my half half blind mother-in-law carves up the sunday roast up like a road kill that is still twitching, yet still makes the best roast spuds, and like her, Ramsey still has quality moments too.

was so relieved ramsey missed at the end as my sister thought i had put a tenner on for her on us to win 2-0,@ 9/1. i didnt. when he ran through i was cheering then realised it was gonna cost me £100.

my bet came in however draw at ht arsenal at ft £10 @ 5/1.

You only remember misses when you lose. You will remember Bendtners miss in the Camp Nou and RVP's miss v Milan which were worse and much more important. And TV and Benayoun's double miss was a much worse when the score was 0-0

you banged on that Kos is no good, Palacios is better than Song
and that we would be in the Europa league dude

IMO those two are Prem top 3 in their position and we will be in the CL

Only just home and am absolutely knackered physically and emotionally - I swear it was one of the wildest goal celebrations since we moved to the grove and all around me people were jumping and hugging everyone :barscarf:
Really funny in 1st half when citeeh got a corner on our left and some of the fans in our area, especially one sitting right behind me, were going mental screaming abuse at the lesbo and goading him  the little c**t just grabbed his c**k to gesture back at us but there was no doubt he was rattled

It was a great 3pts today and we were only team interested in going for the win but imo we are still being badly handicapped by playing only 1 up front - in the 1st half we created f**k all cos rvp was isolated most of the time.

Finally can I just say yet again that walnut is absolute s**t - the c**t doesn't know where to run half the time and we seen today that when he is up against an equally fast opponent he is afraid to take him on and has fcuk all else to offer. If wenger is gonna be here for another 2 yrs and if wenger is gonna stand loyally behind walnut no matter how crap he plays then we will see yet another promising young player (ox) stagnate and fail to reach his potential under guru wenger  :banghead: :banghead: 6 fcuking mins is all he got and we had to endure 84mins of s**t from walnut who should have been subbed ahead of yossi FFS
Btw Rebs, I felt song was his usual self today - some good, some bad but overall too many poor passes

Unbelievable game today, celebrations at the end were immense. About 4 or 5 broken seats in our row

Met Armchair Supporter before the game in the Bailey, such a babe

Aside from our shocking finishing (Ramsey, TV5, seriously?) it was a cracking game today, we can go home and say we showed a lot of spirit and desire today :barscarf: Arteta's goal was a thing of sheer beauty, and surely one of the goals of the season for us. Has to have been our best signing this year. :barscarf: the atmosphere was electric and brilliant, doing the poznan was a nice highlight. A nice way to spend the Easter weekend. City were just dreadful, Balotelli is a w**ker of the highest order, he acts like a spoiled child all the time, and we think enough has been said about Na$ri.

I couldn't read your replies earlier, because I was too busy doing the poznan!

 :dancingbanana: :dancingbanana: :flag:

Did anyone see what the shirt was that Balotelli was wearing underneath? Looked like he had another little slogan all lined up to cause some controversy.

Not too much to add to what others have said but:

Will be glad if Balotelli is sold abroad, dirty player.

Why oh why did we not sign Kompany? Was it wages?

Arteta consistent hard work.

Feel sorry for Ramsey who is clearly very low on confidence, and has been a much better player for us in the past than in recent weeks.

Good win but we need to follow it up which isn't going to be easy as Kos is out .
We need to buy a left back because we have a left sided midfielder with a lot of promise in Santos !
Love City want them to keep all their players ,buy some more and keep their manager manager !
