Walnut showed again tonight why he is not worth 50k per week much less 100k - take away the ball inbehind the opposition defence and he has nothing to offer. He is unable to create something out of nothing, no ability to take players on with skill but is the best player at going awol when the chips are down that I have ever seen.
Have I said lately that song is a brainless useless pile of shiiite ? Clueless going forward, abysmal in the tackle and positionally awol as per normal. Cannot for the life of me understand why wenger keeps putting him at centre back when he brings on a midfielder - if he is contributing fcuk all in midfield then get him off the pitch altogether
Hats off to wigan though - they battled hard, worked their socks off and I really hope that they stay up. Their manager is a football purist and tonight they played from the back on almost every kick out
I agree with this 100% although, perhaps not the personal Wenger remarks though. Song? What is the point of him?
Re: Phil Mitchell posts regarding Shawcross. Shame on you.

Wenger really has fucked up with Chamakh, Park, Bendtner and Vela hasn't he
Of our 5 strikers, 2 are on loan (and aren't exactly keen to come back) and the other 2 don't come on under any circumstances forcing us to play 1 [very good] striker all alone up front in EVERY game for 90mins regardless of how the game is going.
Wenger deserves every single insult aimed at him on here, funny how when we challenge for the league we collapse every year, but when it's Wenger's precious top four 'better than a trophy' we manage to steady ourselves apart from tonight. Fucking cant wait for him to leave and take his fucking JCL cultists with him

He's here for a while I reckon, so we've just got to hope he comes good.
He's getting worse though, isn't he? he was quite dangerous when he arrived and has just steadily disappeared into an irrelevance as the season has gone on.
Has he got Chamakh syndrome?

Am I over-reacting by saying top 4 is under huge threat yet again ? We are now 5pts clear of the geordies and the scum with the chavs a further 2pts behind and we have to play the chavs on sat - if we lose that game then the geordies and scum can overtake us if they win their games in hand and the chavs would be 1pt behind us

That's the problem. As has been said on here all week, tonight's game was massive.
Shame the players didn't realise... they just didn't take Wigan seriously at the beginning - and if anyone doubts that, then watch how we played against Citeh and how we play against chavs on saturday... because we will NOT give them as much space as we gave Wigan in the first 10 mins, that's for sure! - we had our head in the clouds, nonchalantly looking to attack with not so much as a concern for Wigan's attacking threat - what sort of shite, unprofessional attitude is that???
The unprofessional attitude at the start of the game was just unforgivable
We didn't give Citeh that much space and we won't give Chelsea that much next week, so why Wigan? why dismiss their threat as an attacking force so readily?? that sort of arrogant attitude has cost us so many times in recent years, yet even with a bunch of players who have won fuck all, they still can't remain grounded and give EVERY game the respect it deserves. Disgusting.
And what an uninspiring midfield performance that was as well... Ramsey's confidence/ability has totally gone, Gervinho has got worse and worse as the season has gone on, and Theo was a ghost yet played 90 mins (or 0 mins, whichever way you look at it )
Maddening thing is though, unlike tonight, I bet we give Chelsea more respect and take the game seriously from the very first minute.
Really poor.
Not for the first time g88ner has said what I would have, but I still think we will beat the chavs Saturday as they will have had one hell of a week.
Rubbish, rubbish, rubbish. Attitude stunk & that's why we'll never win the league again under Wenger. Not nearly ruthless & brutal enough. Hell, we did our best to almost let wolves back into it on Wednesday

The Barcodes have the toughest run in by far.
Spuds have to play 4 teams in relegation danger.
We play Chelsea (knackered from chasing shadows on Wednesday) and 3 teams with nowt to play for (recipe for disaster?)
we missed Kos and Arteta tonight....whether we would have drawn or won with them in we'll never know, but what I do know is we were shyte but especially these useless feckers...
Gervinho - crap
walcott utter shyte
ramsey feckin' clueless
santos - utter *****
djourou - just feck off
wenger - we are stuck with the *word censored*
the chavs will rip us a new one & we will drop to 4th - if we're lucky...just when we needed a win and total committment from this lot they play like pussies and feck it up....
Totally got it wrong on the night, when we won corner off Beneyoun's first header I thought we could be in for a good night..15 seconds later we were one down and then it became two. Defending awful. Then Wigan played the way they wanted and we couldn't change it. In reality it was nearer a 1-3 scoreline than a 2-2. Positive was TV5..and I thought Santos was our best attacking option (not saying much considering what was in front of him).
Theo and Gervinho were predictably shocking. Song and Ramsey were just terrible. I hate to be harsh on Ramsey purely out of sentiment but what was he doing tonight, or at QPR. ? We have possibly fu**ed up third again and are once again looking over our shoulder. Saturday can put that right or we can bottle it once again.
We are no where near the top two ,and only massive investment can drag us up there. That means a big cull of players. Gervinho and Theo can go first. I desparatly want (ed) Theo to suceed at Arsenal but I'm afraid his time is running out neck and neck with our patience. Got to get it right Saturday. Have to hope Chavs get a decent result against Barca and that tie is alive when they meet us Saturday.
Wenger's Sky interview was a bit embarrassing. He acknowledged that we didn't create much in the second half and rightly said we lacked patience and didn't play as a team. But he denied that Wigan's 3-4-3 had any bearing on the result, did not give them any credit and claimed we were unluckly. It would have been good to hear him say well done wigan, they deserved it. It does annoy me that he is is so graceless in defeat, and lets face it, he's getting plenty of practice this season

Sky quizzed him before the game about wigans tactics and how he was gonna deal with their system.......made me laugh cos he doesnt know how to spell tactics much less how to impliment them
