Home against the mousers

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Great result and performance - love beating that mob almost as much as the swamp dwellers

Remind me who that useless old has been was wearing number 8 and who ran the game for us from midfield again ? Anyone would have thought the sun was going to fall from the sky without our superman from Marseille

Special mention for Arteta who was superb, Santi and Rosicky who worked their socks off.
New Ramsy fuckin awesome again.

Great team performance. Just really need a top quality striker and we could have embarrassed them.
How strange eh? Thought he was supposed to be for the scrap heap a couple of weeks back....

two wonderful pieces of skill won us that game.

caz, Rosicky, Ramsay all worked their socks off.

Olly and Ozil had so so days.

Chez kept his concentration.

we were lucky not to concede that goal, and we got the second at the right time, and liverpool were poor upfront.

if we can draw against united and not get thumped by City you never know we might be on for the title in january due to poor inconsistent opposition.

i'm happy with that today. squad and tactics still pissing me off though.

SteveO ....
I think you should re-read that again and stop putting words in peoples mouths.

Remember, Just because I prefer a true DM like Flamini in the DM position doesn't mean I dont rate Arteta and absolutely doesn't make me an AKB or turncoat wanker.

Got it? Good.....

Plenty on here who were rubbishing him barely a week ago buddy......too slow, not strong enough etc etc

Didn't see him lose a tackle today, proved that upper body strength more than compensates for diving into tackles like a headless chicken and played a great role in the first goal. Man of the match - absolutely immense and we're lucky to have such a consistent player

The tactical masterstroke for us was bringing on Coutinho. I assume we paid Rogers for that. He was unbelievably shite.

Such a good player but was a stupid decision to play him as he was just coming back from injury and was off the pace all evening. Cheers Brentan, stick that in yer envelope.
