As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.
Hartson actually makes a good point (and we saw this two weeks ago) most of the time Giroud or Sanogo is the only player in the Box, so the crosses never connect anyway.
no one attacks the box now Ramsey is out - they are all static on the edge waiting for another tikka takka.

The way we've set up tonight is almost as bad as it was Saturday. 5 central midfielders - 2 of them who are of no use in the attacking third - and a predictable slug of a striker who makes carthorse Ashley Williams look like a sharp CB. Is it yet another team who have come to the Emirates and thwarted us with a magnificent display at their maximum capacity? No, it's us playing into visitors' hands, making things easy for them and making them look miles better than they are.
Our last 8 home PL games - Everton, Chelsea, Cardiff, Fulham, Palace, United, Sunderland, Swansea. 7 of those 8 games we haven't scored in the first half. Aside from the one where we did (Sunderland) we've laboured in every single game and I don't think I'm being at all unfair or exaggerating to say that all of those other games have been really sub-par performances.
If we lose, we'll simply file it under "accident" and move on
How can a club like Arsenal not have a single predatory striker to call upon? - Giroud just doesn't fancy getting into goalscoring positions; he's so used to having his back to goal I think he's genuinely scared of turning round

His hold-up play just isn't good enough as well for somebody of his stature and other weaknesses. Looking at when Bony's got the ball, he's had a defender right up his arse and no credible threat to lay it off to and nothing on even if he managed to turn his man, yet he's almost holding players off at arm's length. Giroud just stands still waiting for a bad touch or to be knocked off the ball.
Simply wretched. If a child turned up at hospital after as many "accidents" we've had this season under Wenger then they'd be in care quicker than one could say Gary Glitter.
