Gooner Wembley mash-up special guests a rugby league team

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

To think people on this forum laughed at Wenger when he signed Kallstrom.
Miyaichi doesn't exist.
Fixed that for ya! :barscarf:

Seriously mate, reading an interview on Pravda is like listening to that comical Ali blokes interviews back in 2003. The poor man swore blind Iraq was fine and they were beating the allies. He even kept a straight face whilst doing it.

All we can hope for is they put in a shift, don't bottle the 50/50s and show they are superior....as I mentioned earlier......Blind faith.
I know I shouldn't listen to a word, but it pisses me off that Szczesny is the one talking about learning from the last final, the guy is such an arrogant idiot, that he cant cop that it was his error( with koscienky) that lost the final v Birmingham. I think Wenger is having a negative influence on too many of our players that they become like him,and have no accountability for their actions :banghead:

Anyone else almost looking forward to the fallout from this inevitable bottle job? There will be nowhere left to hide.

Wenger will always have a hiding place in the boardroom.

TBH I'm not looking forward to it but I'll be very interested to see what happens if (IF) we fail to either beat Wigan (not a sure thing by any means) or if we lose the FA Cup final.

As the old song goes "There may be trouble ahead" or to put an Arsenal slant on it "There may be trouble in the form of exceptional circumstances ahead"

Arsene: "'Allo"

Arsene: "Overall I believe that we lost that game in special circumstances Stan"
Wiggy: "Which reminds me Arsene, I have a 3 year contract for £8m a year sat here ready for signing. Ivan tells me this FA World Series thingy on Saturday is only worth £1m. I guess I've made myself...err.....understood hey Arsene?"
Arsene: "I am com-fort-able with that Stan. Anyway, overall 24 players have a little bit niggle for Saturday and 10 others are in the red physically, but overall I believe next Tuesday they will show a very good spirit and mental strength"

The only reason I put up that result is Akpom was not even in the squad as far as I am aware. With our strikers all being shite, will the lad get a go against what is after all lower league opposition?
The reason Akpom wasn't in that squad is because he's playing in the 1st leg of the youth FA cup semi at Stamford Bridge against the chavs. 2nd leg is at the Grove and is live on ITV4 next week.

Maureen will be there according to the twitter feed so I'm sure we'll get dicked but might give us a chance to see if Akpom is any good or just another all mouth player. Granted he did very well against Everton youth when they beat them 3-1 in the quarter final. Jebb is also a decent one in that squad.

We've also got Zelalem in the middle who is going to get seriously bullied by chavs big boys in the middle....anyway cricfree tv are supposed to have a stream starting at 7pm, kick off 7:05pm f anyone wants some pre-FA cup semi humiliation :(
