West Ham Game (H)

Fair play to Giroud for the goal, I ave him some stick earlier and deservedly so but that touch was very good, the finish was good too but bit lucky that it megged the keeper.

you better be quick, 5 games and wenger is selling him :banghead:

i really really hope wenger goes before he does. :banghead:

i'd love to know Pod's shots to goals ratio. pretty low i'd think.

Still think Arteta is past it but oh well, we're on the way to saving our CL qualifier in Turkey! :barscarf: :barscarf: :barscarf:
Kallstrom brilliant, really? Looked fucking dozy to me.
I see nothing in him that the average Prem journeyman doesn't possess.

The epitome of average for me.

Podolski is too good of a finisher to play on the left wing. Tonight proved that he should be played closer to goal. Switch to 4-4-2 Wenger you clueless mug.

I can't remember seeing a player as two footed as Cazorla

Such a great attribute to have!

Maybe that's completely true, or maybe a lot of it is down to having barely played. Doesn't make a fucking difference tbh. This signing summed up Wenger - clearly he acknowledged that there was a need for cover in our side so he brings in an injured, past-it bloke who is nowhere near good enough anyway. Even when he sees the problem he can't rectify them.

He may be average but he played pretty well tonight.

Kallstrom's positioning and the fact that Vermaelen doesn't attack like Gibbs meant that Podolski could do what he's good at.

The dozy frenchman should have buried that great cross from Pod in the first half. His first touch to set up his goal makes me wonder why he gets fed so many balls in the air. He's got good touch when it's played to his feet. Still - no speed or tackling ability. Prefer him as CF than Plodolski. Scored two goals but did little else. Thanks anyway for being in the right place at the right time, twice !!!. :barscarf: :barscarf:

Thought he played well to start with then got noticeably worse towards the end of the match, giving the ball away etc. Didn't feel he set the world on fire though...
