I would like to know how old you are and when you started supporting Arsenal, as it seems you are coming at things from a substantially different angle from most of us on this Forum?
I am 22, and always supported Arsenal same as my dad. I know my views are in the minority here, being surrounded by so many hardline WOBs (no offence intended ) and it might seem strange to many of you that I still support wenger. But outside of this forum I've never really heard so many anti wenger arguments, as all my Arsenal supporting friends and family have similar views to me, so coming on here is quite an eye opener. You do put forward some very reasonable and legit arguments tho, some of which are hard to take, or argue with. However, at the end of the day we can debate From now until summer 2017, when he will prob call it a day, but he's definitely going nowhere until then. I've never known any other manager apart from him tho, and ill be sad to see him go.

I am 43, so remember Neill, Howe, Graham (Houston) and Rioch before Wenger.
Perspective is different.
I also strongly feel the points I put above, that Wenger is not the same as he was before Dein left.
But I have repeatedly posted that he will stay until summer 2017 unless there is a scandal that makes him leave early.

I'm 51 and remember the near relegations of the mid seventies, the Neill era, The prospect of Veneables and the arrival of GG. Presume it's been referenced already but Oliver Holt's lead piece in the Mail is the most deluded piece of garbage I've read in a long time. Goes a lot further in falling for every single Wenger myth and fable than any of the posters who we've had on here.
There is no reason why he should not bolster Arsenal’s defence next season. If Wenger signs another central defender in the summer and perhaps a more experienced central midfielder, there is no reason why they should not challenge for the title next season
