According to Italian newspapers, the cùnts down the road might be interested in Balogun.

Fists of all, I’d rather keep him than sell to them. But.. I wouldn’t say no to 80m. All upfront. If not, go back fo your shithole.

Bindippers have agreed to pay 60m for Lavia!!! Chelsea still in the hunt and could go higher. FFS the Chavs have fucked football yet again with their scattergun overpayments for players with nothing more than promise.
No doubt if they come back in for Lavia it will be 65m and A9 year contract.
I thought UEFA had changed the rules on long contracts to get round FFP? Obviously not. :banghead:

🚨Besiktas agreed personal terms with Nicolas Pepe weeks ago and are now close to agreeing a deal with Arsenal, as per @yakupcinar.

A few details remain and then the deal will be done.

One more outgoing nearly complete for the Gunners, more to follow.

Apparently Chelsea are printing their own money now. Quantitative cheating.

Let’s wait for the Premier League to come down hard on it.

Another former keeper question the wisdom of signing Raya

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/footb ... oblem.html

Some fans seem to have down a u turn on this since it was announced as a loan deal, but I was always against it based on how much it will unsettle the dressing room - I have no problem with him signing Raya and installing him as number 1 if he thinks that he is the best keeper, but then sell ramsdale cos having two number one keepers in the one dressing room will not work out well

If we are convinced that he isnt the answer to our striker issues, then why wouldnt we take the 50m from them ? Problem is that we cant/dont trust el basque's judgement and are afraid that he would go there and be a success and make us look foolish, but imo if he is nowhere near our starting team (as appears to be the case), and if the scum cough up the 50m we are demanding for him, then sell him and move on - keeping a player not rated by the manager is stupid when we could take the money and bring in a better player

Agreed that there is no way there can be Two number 1 GK's, but maybe(?) Arteta is going to let them fight it out between them and see who comes out the Winner; and whomever is ranked No1 will not only have to stay on his toes (no pun intended) Bur for certain we'll have an excellent No 2 waiting in the wings should the No 1 get injured. Who the fuck knows? :?

Chavs signing Lavia now too? Total piss take. Can anyone tell me how this is possible? Think that’s £970m spent in 12 months now

It’s partly explained by us buying Havertz for £65m apparently.

From my experience I reckon they will need to qualify for the Champions League and also flog a boatload of players next summer in order to comply with FFP. Although if they fail it then they will pay a fine  or they will have a transfer ban which will have no effect as they have stockpiled about a decades worth of players.

Another 8 year contract for Caicedo. If all these deals don’t bang they’re left with a lot of shit on the books for the rest of this decade on huge money.

You would think that if they fail to make the CL after that kind of outlay it would be fatal but for a team that’s spent just shy of a billion quid in 3 windows could anything possibly be fatal?

FFP really levelling the playing field I see
