That would take some BIG cajone's - which he doesn't have, also the ability and willingness to admit - he got it wrong (again) and needs new blood and make sure those coming in are not pampered pussified lightweights.
He would bring in backroom staff who aren't Yes Men - and especially someone who 'Does Tactics' that he is willing to listen to and work with.

Thats he opinion i had when i joined the site, BUT have learned even though there is a few bitter and twisted these guys do care, they will all be delighted at getting to Wembley, just show it in different ways

Going right back remember a Norman Whiteside Goal after Woodcock had given us the lead when the Holt was split down the middle, seeing a Man Utd fan with a terrible head injury....and of course the other Villa park game when Giggs got that winner, after we outplayed them..... past Seaman, being at those games still feel the pain,
Yeah the 1999 semi final is one of the worst feelings of all time. The Bergkamp penalty, the Giggs goal and the fact they went on to do the treble, horrific scenes.
