She was very young and innocent looking back then, I much prefer her "come to bed" eyes she gives me while on SSN these days.
Anyway even though 99% of your focus on deadline day will be hoping that we sign that much needed striker, I hope that just for one fleeting second when Natalie graces the screen you think of me, sitting at home, trousers around my ankles![]()
Why was I not informed fo this earlier?
I'm off to do some er research

Are we bringing the legend Andre Santos back !???mcdowell42 wrote:Arsene Wenger on signings: "I hope we have something to tell you (by Friday)"

The only think he'll be telling us on Friday is that we have internal solutions "weeth exceptional mental strengz" and that he almost signed a striker better than we currently have at the club ten years ago

Arsey Wonga makes superstars
The only signing this week will be a young Frenchman with HUGE potential (according to Arsey Wonga)

You'll have to watch with the sound off coz Jim White's voice will only piss you off and ruin the mood. The camera angle switches for about the last minute of the clip and we get to see her lovely legs

This. You can rest assured if we'd beaten Southampton it would be all "we are not close to signing anyone"SteveO 35 wrote:The panic has started....get the Euro coin in the slot and lets whizz the trolley round the Ligue 2 hypermarketmcdowell42 wrote:Arsene Wenger on signings: "I hope we have something to tell you (by Friday)"

It works every time, you only have to look back to the summer and our capture of Higuain and there are countless other examples I'm sure, its Wenger's valuation that counts why this isn't written into UEFA law is beyond me, he nearly signed Christiano Ronaldo you knowmcdowell42 wrote:http://www.footballfancast.com/premiers ... um=twitter

We must really value Pod at 12.3m then

Where does this obsession for offers of pence or points of millions come from.. 30 years of footy I guess

Guess hes a good swap for Bendy maybe

Re: Natalie's Deadline Day Titfest Thread
It does start off with "Arsenal have launched a final £24.7m move for Schalke midfielder Julian Draxler, according to reports from the Daily Star."mcdowell42 wrote:http://www.footballfancast.com/premiers ... um=twitter

Re: Natalie's Deadline Day Titfest Thread
How many players have we signed so far today then ?
Kiwomya, you can say that it is probably untrue, and chances are that it is untrue, but would you be willing to bet your life on that ? It isnt as if we dont have previous in this regard is it ? Who can ever forget the schwarzer debacle when we offer the same amount to fulham twice within the space of a couple of months ?
Some fans and media point to the ozil signing as proof that our transfer policy is now changed and that we are willing to pay realistic money for the modern day transfer market but the reality is that we signed 4 players in the summer and only 1 cost money - it is this supporters opinion, that this will be the blueprint going forward in that for every ozil there will be 4 or 5 cheap unproven signings

Re: Natalie's Deadline Day Titfest Thread
I don't think it's untrue at all. We low balled Newcastle in the summer with a 10 million bid for Cabaye who's now off to PSG for twice that. You can add that to the countless other "bids" we've placed for players we had no hope of getting with low bids so to hear we've done it again with Draxler comes as no surprise to me.

As I said, you are probably right in what you say but the thing is, you cant blame fans for their willingness to believe it - if we have no evidence either way then all we can do is go on past history
