Going to be another season of frustration and missed opportunity, thats tragic really as we just need another 2 top class signings DM and Striker and we would be in with a shout....but that aint going to happen

Wenger has the wrong mentality, his character will never allow us to progress

We are the Arsenal we need top quality signings, he's got the money but won't spend it

At the moment he's probably chasing around trying to sell Ospina, Poldoski and Campbell to raise yet more funds

There's been huge amounts of abuse thrown at the club and AW over the lack of transfer activity compared to other teams.

However, we've signed one of the best GKs in the world for 10mil in JUNE!!!, and none of our players went the other way. That does seem like progress.

Schneiderlin or Vidal in July and a top, top striker just before the season starts and I'll be reasonably happy.

FFS you would think that you were supporting a Norwich or villa level of club - we are The Arsenal and are one of THE biggest clubs in the world and should be buying players from the top shelf on a regular basis. Your standards/expectations have been eroded so far that buying a top level keeper is viewed as a reason to hail the wenker :roll:
Btw, while I do agree that cech is now the best keeper we have, I do also acknowledge that the reason we signed him for 10m is because he is now 33 years old and is not as good as he once was - yes he is a good signing, but to go into a frenzy suggesting that 10m is a steal is comical imo
