yeah but still rooney charged at the ball with no intention of controling it, he just tried to get to it first with it then flying out the stadium so it wouldn't of created a goalscoring chance but still went down like a pile of shit when he felt mooney

He made a couple of decent saves, but I'll never be convinced that Almunia is an Arsenal class GK.

I can guarantee one thing, if RvP had gone down under that challenge, it would be being seen as a dive by Sky at this very moment

No fucking need for Bruno to come out of his six yard box for that penalty. Fucking stupidity. His goal kicking in the last 10 min - we may have just handed the ball back to them.

Denilson? Reverted back to type in the 2nd half!

No team is gonna win jack shit with Eboue playing as an offensive midfielder.

Feel Diaby, his OG apart, at least looked like he could take the game to them.

Both the full back had last seasons boots on cos they're crossing was fucking awful again!

Pluses - the back two looked good again apart from last 10 when we were pushing forward.

Song had a good game

We didn't deserve to lose, Alumunia had a bit of a nightmare, he needs to be put back in his rightful position as a Number 2, and I thought Denilson was back to his awful best.

I don't want to sound negative, but I firmly believe a couple of signings in these positions and we could easily do great things this season.

On the positive side, I thought again Song did well again and Vermaelen and Gallas are looking a sound partnership, until an injury occurs that is...

AW, Please, please buy some reinforcements...

I cant help feel sorry for the likes of Shava and the 2 centrebacks. I sometimes feel we dont deserve a player like Shava. He deserves to play among the best players in the world not clowns like Almunia (please dont even talk about the first leg of the CL last season), Denilson and Eboue. I thought Gallas and Vermaelen had a good game. We started the second half so well and then that stupid stupid penalty. I wont crucify Diaby cause we did try but still dont think he is good enough.

We didnt deserve to lose this game, but with some of the players we have got, you can never feel safe. Lets hope we sign a couple of players now.
