THE FRANKSAV MUSIC THREAD

It's all a load of Cannonballs in here! This is the virtual Arsenal pub where you can chat about anything except football. Be warned though, like any pub, the content may not always be suitable for everyone.

Was chatting in the pub on Saturday night with some other miserable old bastards like myself. :)
And we all agreed that all todays bands are fucking shite, and couldn't "string the guitars" of the rock bands from the 70s and 80s. :barscarf:
When rockers were rockers and we all had long hair and wore denims covered with badges. 8)
Those were the days, so you can shove your modern imitation of the real thing up your fucking holes.
Oh! FECK I'm in trouble I just read Goonersid's post and found myself agreeing with it...

Just when I was able to get back in the water some fecker comes along and pulls the plug (metaphorically speaking of course)

Went to see Roxy Music at the Lovebox weekend yesterday, at Victoria Park, and to say I was disappointed was an understatement.

For the first hour they played all weird arty-farty shit, which I've never heard of, and it was only the last 20 minutes that they played some of their classics, so, based on this, I won't be getting any tickets for their upcoming tour.
