Here's a tweet for you all....

JonCarterESPN: Liam Brady: "There will be a lot of business this year and I think we will be spending more money than past seasons.''

Make of it what you will.

Rumour has it that after missing out on Jones we're now lining up a £10M pound bid on Samba.

Samba's 28 = £10M
Jones, 19 went for £16M.
If we're prepared to pay £16m on Jones why not pay the extra £2M to get ready maded experience in Cahill (25)?

What and ruin Squilacci's development?

Judging by his performace in the Villa game I think Wenger would like to kill Squilacci's let alone his development.

I would rather Samba to be honest. He is a beast and I think with TV would be fucking quality. If rumours are true about bidding for Samba and Cahil then that would be even better. TV as left back and Samba and Cahill as CB’s!

TV's not a leftback!!

:banghead: :banghead:

But I'd be happy with Samba, Cahill, Kos & TV.

Fucking depressing reading the transfer stories today. United about to get Ashley Young, City looking at Sneijder, Chelsea at Neymar. Us signing a kid from league 1, plus Cesc & Nasri on the brink of leaving :(
