I can't see that any credible defence has yet been put forward. If Arry could get his accountant to take the fall he might get off, but the bloke would be have his career ruined.

Bob Wilson has just gave a character reference for Harry....and some member of the "public" wrote a lovely fluffy letter about how good Harry is.
