It does annoy me that he is is so graceless in defeat, and lets face it, he's getting plenty of practice this season
PHW has been saying this week he wants Wenger to stay on beyond 2014 don't ya know! No fucking surprise really...

Totally agree and it is Wenger's delusional episodes that have kept me away this season. It is depressing to listen to him and watch that pinched up face that he has when in denial. The buck stops with him so he has to stop finding every excuse under the sun to blame someone else. It is like a stuck record.

In 25 years of watching Arsenal I have never seen such an abject reply 2 a goal down against a relegation threatened team (at home anyway). Did we learn nothing from getting back to 1-2? Embarrassing tonight, but I guess up the Arsenal .... I do go Wenger out now.......who we replace with who knows, but I think we are treading water every season now.

Jesus I have just seen wenger's post game interview and it was as shocking as it was embarassing
When asked if wigan are in a false position he responded by saying "they are where they are and nobody stole the points from them" Ignoring the fact that the chavs stole the pts from them (thanks to officials incompetence ), how can a man make a statement like that straight after saying that we were unlucky tonight ? Surely we got what we got tonight and nobody stole the points from us arsene ??

Wenger unusually yet rightly critical of his players 'performance' tonight. He went out of his way to criticize Ramsey for not being ready to come on as a sub and stated he didnt see anyone who could make a difference!
Surely that's your fault Wenger for having Gervinho, Chamakh and Ramsey among your subs bench?
Total rubbish but good luck to Wigan. They never looked in danger so I'll give them credit even if our embarrassing manager can only throw his toys out of the pram.
Sideways passing at its worst tonight. RVP staying, CL footie, everything depends on Saturday's game, Lose that and it's good night Vienna
Wigan are a sack of shit, falling over at the slightest touch and getting a free-kick every fucking time for it. I won't deny we deserved to lose but they also acted like *word censored*, especially Di Santo who looks more of a mong every time I see him, Vermaelen would have fucking annihlated the twat if he got cocky to him in the street like he did on the pitch today. I would fucking love for the fanless *word censored* to get relegated, unlikely now but the only good thing about them is Martinez. Oh and not to mention their fucking time wasting, Al Habsi did the same fucking thing last season at their place, bastard.

Walcott, Song, Santos and Ramsey very poor tonight.
Only bright points were Vermaelen's goal, RvP trying to gee up the players by dropping deep and winning the ball, and Benayoun and Rosicky's attempts to create things.
Cannot understand why Benyaoun was subbed?
Santos was awful as a full back.
Cannot understand why Song was dropped into a defence that was already shaky.
Those who wonder why I am keen on Vertonghen and Hoilett should look at our performance tonight, where extra defensive stability and midfield creativity were needed.
That said things should be put into perspective, that a fit Wilshere and Coquelin would have been big positives.
Agreed that a creative midfielder is needed, Hazard fits the bill but he's not French so we're fucked in that respect. That's why Wenger will go out of his way to try and get M'vila, 25M likely on a defensive midfielder when we're having trouble breaking teams down, great logic there.
1.) Cannot understand why Benayoun was subbed? He and Rosicky were having good games.
2.) Why was Oxlade-Chamberlain only given 20 minutes or so to make a difference, is he not fully fit?
3.) When Arteta went off, Ramsey came on. At this point Song should have been told to act as defensive midfielder, with a brief to only cross the half way line in extreme conditions. Was this done, or do you consider Ramsey to be a defensively adept midfielder at this stage of his career?
4.) Why was Song dropped into an already shaky defence made up of players not used to playing alongside each other?
Djourou was ok tonight, and Song had a very poor game.
