STOKE RFC THREAD
Re: STOKE RFC THREAD
Another example of how shit the refeereing is in Europe. Whitehead dives, which is obvious for every fucker in the ground to see, and Foy gives it because he doesn't want the home fans getting on his back. What are they going to do, do nasty signs at him?

Re: STOKE RFC THREAD
I fucking love it, the one game in the season he fancies using two strikers and he takes off all the (admittedly limited) width that we had. G.e.n.i.u.s
Oh well, a good point I guess
Diaby injured at the end there?

Re: STOKE RFC THREAD
Lacking quality again but a decent point (considering Newcastle lost) and we're crawling ever so slowly over the line for 3rd.
But having taken only 2pts from 9, we have to beat Norwich though, surely!

Re: STOKE RFC THREAD
well if he points out the fact that the same issues are costing us as they have for a number of years, he has a point although he is a very angry young man...
when will AW learn. we need pod and another top class striker log with rvp, we will never contend again unless we do.
o for the days of henry, wyltord, db10, kanu and reyes

Zzzzz you bore me. Didn't you claim last week I ONLY came on here after defeats? Well today is a draw Nostradamus, so perhaps stick to your claims that Gervinho would be a quality signing LOL...mcdowell42 wrote:I presume a certain poster will be logging in soon to add his opinion FACT

Arsenal on the pitch today had at the same time:
Chamakh, Diaby, Gervinho, Ramsey, Santos.
And behind them, they had Alex Song trying his pathetic, predictable 'chip pass' nonsense. Incredible.
If this club had a scouting department, they'd note that the Chavs just signed a number 10 for next season, at the princely cost of £6.5 million. That's right, the Chavs signed in Marin an excellent playmaker, at just over half what that useless piece of shit Gervinho cost.
Carry on singing Arsene's praises though, and don't forget to renew....
Remember, Javi Martinez, M'Villa, Podolski, Goetze and Higuain are all signing for us...ha ha ha

Re: STOKE RFC THREAD
Think in the long term. Stoke are limb breaking thugs so why throw in our best talent for him to lose a leg to those lot. Wenger was right to bring in our men to deal with those animals. Its a point gained though and I'm happy to take the result today.skizz_b wrote:jermaine pennant sulking again after getting subbed, thats why you play for stoke you fucking muppet
finally the ox is on...wait, what?
Those Vicky Pollards behind Wenger have to be thrown in jail. Subhuman neanderthals; if ever you needed a description.

Re: STOKE RFC THREAD
kos, verm, rosicky, rvp, good games. benayoun, gibbs, sagna decent games. ramsey gervinho and song fuck off.
how can u lot say ramsey had a good game?! what did he actually do? miss 2 clear shooting opportunities? give the ball away 15 times? try an inept backheel? gimme a break.
and how did whitehead not get a red card?

Re: STOKE RFC THREAD
Had Gervinho not bottled that chance we might have come away with all 3 points. Brilliant cross from Sagna, you'd think with as an enormous forehead as his he'd be able to stick that away. Wanker.
Re: STOKE RFC THREAD
G88ner, unlike some braindead numpties you actually make very good points, and I generally enjoy reading your points.g88ner wrote:Lacking quality again but a decent point (considering Newcastle lost) and we're crawling ever so slowly over the line for 3rd.

Now, this is no reflection on you, but I think it's a sad state of affairs when Arsenal fans, forgetting that wage bill of £125 million, think a point at Brittania is 'a good result'.
It is not. Stoke are fucking shit and cannot play football. Just watch the number Unai Emery did to them with Valencia a month and a bit ago. Since they cannot play ball Stoke, if you have a team capable of keeping possession, stroking it about, and with quality width; Stoke have no chance.
Look at this Arsenal set-up. It's absolutely fucking pathetic.
Gervinho bottling out of headers, producing absolutely stuff all in 90- minutes. This guy cost £11.5 mil and is paid £70k a week. It's sickeningly ridiculous. And people want Wenger to be given MORE money to spend in the transfer market? You'll end up with pricks like Papa Diakite, DImitri Payet, Gignac and Pierre-Alain Frau in this side if that's the case. Remember, I came on here the minute we signed him and claimed that £3 million would have been overpaying for Gervinho. Funny how Arsene doesn't mind lining the pockets of French clubs and the French league and overpaying for shite - yet when he has the chance to sign the likes of Alonso, Mata and Ozil (we had the chance a year before Madrid were even interested), this imbecile isn't interested.
The piss-poor standard of players on the pitch today was an insult to the mindless sheep who pay over £1,000 per season to watch utter dross. You wouldn't walk into Aldi and pay Harrods prices for tinned corned beef would you? Oh unless you're an Arsenal fan.
I mean just look at the shite. Diaby. Santos. Song. Benayoun. Chamakh FFS. Gervinho etc.
I watched that online and the football was fucking tedious, bland and pathetic. Van Persie would be insane to hang around an ambitionless club full of mediocrity and losers. Which is why he will go. Still, you'll get the usual mindless daleks on here telling you
'Oh Henry, Vieira, Fabregas all lef and the club has been just fine without them...RVP is old bla bla we don't need him'
LOL.
What have we won since Vieira and Thierry and Cesc and Nasri all left again?
Aaaaaaah yes...the scent of sobrietous vindication which only Arsenal fans get....

He's average, why buy more average players. Don't you think if he was any good, he wouldn't have been sold for 10m.
I've seen him play, and he looked like a poor nasri.
Re: STOKE RFC THREAD
Yankee I think you're missing the point of the modern day Arsenal fan somewhat pal, lemme break it down for you...Yankee_Gooner_Dandee wrote:kos, verm, rosicky, rvp, good games. benayoun, gibbs, sagna decent games. ramsey gervinho and song fuck off.

You see...Ramsey made about 5-6 short passes sideways, and each pass landed right at his man's feet! He made a couple of decent passes, ran around a bit and generally, didn't do anything immensely retarded: this means he had an excellent game!
Similar phenomena can be pointed out elsewhere, examples of this are Tom Rosicky. He has actually begun to play like something approaching a Premier League footballer, after years of rubbish. He has even managed more than 2 goals in over a year!!! An attacking mid fancy that!!! He has also managed to stay fit for more than 10 minutes....this now makes Rosicky, according to the savants, one of the best midfielders in the Premier League now.
At Arsenal, you don't have to do anything good to become a 'cult hero', such is the culture of wanky mediocrity the French arrogant snob has set in. Remember a certain 'we've only come to see Eboue' chant many Arsenal fans used to sing??! Yep, chanting cult songs to a diving cheating rubbish player, just as they chant serenades to an overpaid dictatorial git on £7 mil a year. Couldn't make it up....
