Wigan Away

I think we showed a great spirit & desire but maybe lacked a little bit of sharpness in the final third. :)

Mediocre performance but good three points. All is rosey in the Wenger garden :barscarf:

Thank god that's over.

Overall I believe that you could see we were a little bit jaded physically in the second half because we played Monday night and gave absolutely everything. One or two are on the edge physically

That'll do, it's not often we grind out victories so that was good to see. I don't think I'd have been happy if that pen had been given against us.....

great to grind out a performance,i think its games like this that we sorely miss the world class quality of a Theiry Henry,someone who can turn it on regardless of conditions and make a real differance.Theo ddint get much service at all,but hey ho a nice crimbo pressie :barscarf:
