Blackburn FA Cup

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Fuck Sake! I can accept losing, much as I don't like it, but not constantly to teams like this! We beat 'em 7.1 last year ffs!

Because to quote the guy Sean who showed us around the training ground tour " We are Arsenal, we let other team's worry about us"

So they do, they plan how to combat us (succesfully) while we stick with the tried and trusted 1 up front garbarge and expect that keeping the ball, wins a match :banghead: :banghead: Wenker out asap

Although I don't think anybody expected us to actually lose the way the game went was so predictable. Lacking urgency and desire for 70 minutes, bring on a few subs when it's 0-0 or 1-0 and desperately try to scrape a win/draw. It's embarrassing.

Hard to give anybody credit today but Giroud in particular disgusted me. Arrogant and lazy, he was so woeful that Wilshere resorted to playing as a winger. And did more there than anybody else did all game. And how ridiculous is it that we're chasing a goal against Blackburn and we keep 1 up front? During stoppage time I counted 1 Arsenal player and 7 Blackburn players in their box.

Play the mighty Bradford in the cup and only play one up front  :banghead:

Play the mighty Blackburn at home and only play one up front  :banghead:

We score one goal between those games and that was from a defender in the last minute of Bradford game

fair play to them though, they came to our house, parked the bus a bit and capitalized on the opportunity given.

how many corners did we have in the 1st half alone? (12!) and although walcott wasnt driving them into opponents we still couldnt finish anything. this pass the ball into the goal strategy is well passed it's sell by date. big changes needed for the club...and NOW
