First NLD that I have really dreaded - I have been nervous before these games before, especially the ones I am attending, but this game has filled me with a real sense of fear. If I felt confident about our backbone and spirit then I would be confident that we can get a positive result cos man for man we have a better team than them, but we cannot hide from the fact that we have crumbled in atmospheres like this in the past We can be sure that as much as we are talking about the need to kick monkey face, then they will be talking about their need to kick wilshire off the park.

Not starting podolski today would be a disaster imo if wenker makes that decision - the guy is a natural striker and our best and most consistent option for goals

We've only won 3 out of Wenger's 16 league games at WHL - bearing in mind that for most of that time Spurs have been also-rans and we have either been title challengers or top 4 at the least. Not to mention that we had very strong sides in 1998 and 2008 and they did their best to get relegated those years. Now their side is probably the strongest it's been (other than last year) and ours is the weakest it's been, plus Bale playing out of his skin.

Feel like the stars have aligned somewhat for Spurs in the recent weeks, they've just been getting all the luck, all their last minute shots are going in, all the one on ones with their keeper are getting saved (etc).
