Howard Webb's point at half time about the FA probably not doing anything about the Costa incident if the referee does not mention it in is report is ridiculous, what's the point in having a review committee if they have next to no power.

The cameras show blatant foul play but we wont act because the referee didn't see it, so basically players can get away with it with little chance of retrospective action.
