As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Gotta admit Perry, when I read that post I laughed and thought, he's left himself wide open here (if you'll forgive the expression ) and was going to post, "And what about the Cup Final Perry?".......sadly I then saw your next (and very quick to explain !) post.
Fuckk all that nicey nicey shyte - Call it like it is before anyone can edit

You don't spend MUCH time pondering it, but you do admit to spending some then

I think your right. 3-1 sounds about right, as long as they leave 'The Boy Wonder' on the bench. If they play him we'll get done 5-0 & then it's goodbye Arsene.
FA Cup Final eve and I feel nothing but fear..I am working tomorrow but have taken a half day holiday..I just want this over.I think we will be well beaten even if it is only 0-2 or 0-3..I want Wenger out as much as anyone but the thought of a Wembley humiliation is stomach churning.
Football and in particular FA Cup Final day was never meant to be like this..

Seems really low key this year in the build up, most of media seem to be staying with Man Utd winning Europa League...

What a coincidence, I had a dream involving Tony too. He was waiting inside the dressing room for our brave soldiers to arrive in their shiny suits ahead of the gane. He was in full kit, and wearing the head bandage he wore when he played and scored (a header) away to Ipswich in the FA Cup, a few days after he smashed his head requiring 20 stitches through falling down the stairs of a nightclub pissed.
Tony asked MustafI if he needed a couple of asprin to stop his achy head hurting. Then he turned to Metersacker and said how proud he was that he was prepared to play his second game of football in a year; a true inspiration for any aspiring Arsenal captain.
The dream turned truly surreal when Wenger walked in, threw TA out of the dressing room, gave MustafI a clip round the ear and told him to man the fuck up then grabbed the BFG round the neck and told him he was a disgrace to the armband.

Can't remember being so unbothered about a cup final as I do for this one - strange feeling because its only the cups that have kept me going for the past few years. Come 5.30 tomorrow I'm sure I'll be screaming and shouting at the telly in the normal way and will be delighted, if by some miracle, we win......but I approach it knowing that the owner and manager will still be here next year, so in the scheme of things it is small beer

What. The. Absolute. Fuck.
Half and half flags? That can't be true can it? Jesus wept. The game I love is fucking dead.
Worst thing is a few of our hipster tosser JCL fans will actually wave the fuckers too.
If this is true then it's a sad reflection of where the game is heading and another example of why old football fans are walking away from the game...the people that run football now want this kind of fan who is not entirely partisan, who will not shout too loudly and will swallow the BS that the corporate game will now throw at them. In fact, I've just described the perfect emirates 'customer'. Sad

Could it be that those awful half and half ones are for Club Wembley areas only and that they will have a Red one for us and Blue one for Chelsea? I've read that they are strict about no club colours in the Club Wembley area.
Just a thought because surely the FA can't be that disrespectful to the fans.
