Quick bit about pepe, when I first saw we were interested in him and someone here posted his YouTube video I posted on here that most of what he does seems accidental as he didn't even know what he was doing next let alone the oppo.

I gave him a chance because although inconsistent he did work his socks off and when he lost the ball he busted a gut to get it back and put in a decent tackle.

Lately he has been a lazy half arsed player who doesn't give a fuck about The Arsenal, the first few minutes summed him up for me when cebbo worked his socks off made two good challenges for the ball to break to pepe who was 70/30 favourite to win it but totally bottled it.

My point being (and a laboured one I know) is that this is a recurring theme of players that arrive at The Arsenal and work their socks off to keep their place but soon fall into this lazy couldn't care less attitude.

We have been led to believe Arteta is a disciplinarian.....he obviously isn't, so what redeeming qualities does he have for the job? Maybe he's selective in his discipline...in other words, a bully.
