THE WENGER THREAD

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

He's a cunnt

By the way we all know we are not winning the league, I don't think anybody on this forum thinks we will or has expressed that view.

There seems to be a lot of posters on here who believe they are the footballing equivalent of mystic meg  You're not telling anyone on here anything we don't already know, we are short of 3 or 4 top class players to win the pl or cl, a hard game against west spam won't surprise anyone but then again nor would an easy win, we are as unpredictable as a tourettes choir

I doubt if you would find a Gooner anywhere who would view moaninho as anything other than a c.unt

What you will also find however, is a mixture of despair and respect, that he has owned wenker since the day that he first arrived in the prem league - us fans are similar to clubs in that we only view clubs who are a threat to us as genuine rivals, and we have long since recognised that the chavs under moaninho are no threat to us because we (under le cock) will never beat them in a competitive game

I'm thinking the Community Shield could be a bloodbath as the special one hates to lose and they are bound to leave the foot in and do a bit of argy bargy with our more delicate ones !\

Jack to be sent off and a 6 game ban , Walcott 9 months out having just signed a New Contract and Cech stretchered off with a career ending concussion !

Will struggle to field a team against Whammers !

But that's gotta change right? Otherwise football wouldn't be a game we get so worked up about and quite frankly dull and boring. In the 70s/80s they said Liverpool where all conquering, and I think it's fair to say that Arsenal ended that dynasty.

Our club is in rude health, yeah things have been pretty shit over the last 10 years but in footballing history that's nothing. I think we have a very good chance of taking chelsea to the wire this season, BUT we cannot afford the same sort of start as we had last season. We all know Arsenal is a team that kicks on from January, so here's hoping that we will be right on the chav scum's tails come the turn of the year.

And thats the wenger attitude to a tee...lets hope we're on their tails...not ahead of them...not making them look shite...just on their tails..hanging on hoping for a slip up.....thats embarrassing!!!!

Some posters saying we will challenge Chelsea, just saying that signing Cech alone will not change us overnight into title challengers

He had a good defence in front of him before, CBs that would put there boot and body in there where it hurts

FFS we got a CB who ducks out of the way whenever the ball comes near

since Mourinho returned to Chelsea we have yet to score against a goal against them let alone come close to beating them (Goal diffence 0:10) so you would have to be pretty thick to think that we are likely to challenge them for the league this season.

if we score 1 goal v them in the 3 matches we have so far scheduled v them it will be an improvement...

I think you'll find that cech was in goal for them each time we played them. Courtois was "injured". He always made sure his big players were fit to play against us. This time no cech, no drogba. We can beat Chelsea, for some reason we can't with José in charge.

That's a strange way of looking at it. Does that mean losing 10-1 on Saturday is an improvement on the 0-0 draw last season? :rubchin:

Liverpool were a better team than everyone else in the 70's and 80's and that was enough back then. Nowadays tactics and tactical flexibility are huge factors in the success and failures of a team, and regardless of what players le cock has at his disposal, he will always be undone in this department. When you see some of the managers and small time clubs/teams that have stitched up wenker tactically in the last few seasons, it doesnt exactly fill your heart with confidence when it comes to taking on a tactically astute manager like this portugese c.unt

in a strange way for me yes it would. It is just that I am so sick of having absolutely NOTHING to celebrate in matches against them these days.

You obviously haven't looked / read many threads very closely then dear boy.....there are plenty on here who think he is a *word censored* and have said so...many times.....he may be a good manager of boring boring football - but the way he conducts himself both as a manager and as a person - he is the lowest order of cunnt on the planet.....
