Euros 88' just 8 yes 8 fucking teams in the finals ! And yes DB oireland were fucking brilliant and Ingerland lost all their games!
But every game was make or break!
Now with 48 teams its 2 weeks of fucking lip service!
Tbh it all started to go shit when it was held in south africa and those fucking vuvuzelas or whatever the fuck they were called! It was a shit tournament and there hasnt been a good one since!

Although contentious (in some eyes) I thought (for England) it was a good appointment. I think given the required time he can get far more out of the Team than Southgate ever did. England have some of the Best Players in the world, if he can harness their skills and talents into a cohesive whole I see no reason why he can't take them to winning the next World Cup. He just needs time and patience from fans and the media (the latter being a bunch of shit stirring jingoistic cūnts).
