Campbell
Aneke
Emanuelle Thomas

What a selective list, all managers have good or bad luck with transfers, including players like Caballero or Danilevičius who both had 3 appearences (though Danilevičius did play 70 times for Lithuania national side) just destroys your argument, you could say that we played Yaya Toure (In trials) so Wenger must be great, its just daft. Podolski wasnt "Shite", and which Campbell, Sol (or Kevin, though he went I think just before Wenger arrived) werent shite... As for JET- Jeez the guy played ONCE for us- ONCE. The jurys still out on him anyway- hes at QPR this season..

Incidentally Aneke never made any Arsenal appearences anyway, and Super quality Park one as well, most agree that signing was odd, in fairness though he has made plenty of South Korean international appearences

Theres loads of reasons to pick up Wenger on but lists like this is just fodder for AKBs to laugh at
Weird post. I liked Reyes but remember Henry constantly having a pop at him on the pitch when he didn't pass.

Podolski was shite and everytime he did play as the front man he flattered even more than Giroud. As for Campbell, you can only mean Sol Campbell loooooool. Kevin Campbell was early 90s son.

Poster is from Hong Kong - give him the benefit of any doubt. We do to all our Oirish friends!
I can remember Henry just being an absolute prick to Reyes. The fella was a young lad in a new country so Henry being the main man that time should of put him under his wing instead of way he did treat him.

I can remember one time where Reyes assisted him for a goal and went to celebrate with him by putting his arm round him and Henry threw it off him!!

 Thanks Rodders

4 appearences for Arsenal.... has shown some good form and goals for Costa Rica. Was hardly given a chance for us.

Pod scored some good goals, he wasnt played in the right system, interesting that Arshavin Bedntner and Pod all appeared lazy, and got fat think all were played in the wrong positions and gave up/ werent motivated enough. Now thats a very fair criticism of Wenger, not for signing them as "shit" :?

Will be remembered more for the "Get out while you can Joel" at Stoke train station than any of those appearances though

Indeed, despite henry's status as a club legend there was a few occasions when the fans openly stuck up for reyes when henry was having a rant.

I really rated reyes, and in particular his screamer vs chelski in the cup a few years back shut the chavs up.

Absolutely agree with all of the above - Henry was a total w*nker to Reyes and if any other player had of treated Reyes that way there would have been an almighty storm kicked up from within the team and within the fanbase.

Forgot Vela,Baptista,Stokes,Wreh and Wiltord.

Seriously, all these strikers are good enough to take us to a ECL and Premiership?

Seems to be way too optimistic.

Wow,70 internationals for Lithuania and earmarked to lead the Arsenal attack?.

Also what are those 35 scouts positioned worldwide doing?

BTW i have been supporting Arsenal while you were still in your father's testicle sack.

Podolski game?

Scream for the ball [left of the box only] then pushing ball half meter forward and blasting it with the left hammer.

Granted more often than not it flew in!.

Henry's attitude to Reyes changed after Aragones called him a black shit and Reyes did not react the way he would have liked him too . After that he got on to him whenever possible and the French contingent began to freeze him out..

You’re not doing too well here matey.

Wreh scored winners for us against Wimbledon & Bolton, so that does for your argument there. Wiltord? If I have to outline what he did for us I'd be wasting my time.

Baptista was a loan deal so big whoop again and finally: Stokes, really?

 So Vela hasnt done so bad since he left has he. I always rated Wiltord (From Dads Left testicle sac that is, he wasnt so good from the right one). Baptista was hardly round for long, played for Brazil 50 times, so cant have been too bad, though I see internulls arent to count.

Stokes played 2 mins for Arsenal and I am surprised if you remember him other than in your old Shoot magazine, Wreh never did much, but who knows when he came- as I say its impossible to get 100% spot on with transfers. As a spotter of talent I would say that AW is above a fair few- its not a foible I would pick him up on, poor man management, stubbonness, dictatorship, greed tactical frailties, poor backroom staff transfer failings and so on and so on you could make a far better case for.

You can be shitty about Lithuania, but as they didnt exist in FIFA till after your birth you can be distainful, from Wiki "In the 1990s, Lithuania established a respectable presence in World Cup and European Championship qualifiers: third place in their group in both UEFA Euro 1996 and the 1998 FIFA World Cup qualifiers. In the UEFA Euro 2004 qualifiers, they were once again contenders for qualification and managed an away draw with Germany and a home win over Scotland; however, a 1–0 defeat to Scotland in the final game ended their hopes. Although finishing fifth in their 2006 FIFA World Cup qualifying group, Lithuania were nevertheless competitive"

Seems odd anyway to disparage a team when we are talking of a player. After all we could have been equally silly about France , who were shite for many many testicles worth of life, so we wouldnt have had Henry, Anelka Pettit Veira because they played a lot for France oh wait....

You are missing the whole point.

An international manager with 30 years in world football comes up with a succession of players like this? something is not right.

Take this test: would any of these guys get on the MU,Chelsea bench even?.

Just think of the amazing talent he [and the 36 scouts] missed out on.

Want me to start on Defenders?.

Anyone who disses Christopher Wreh obviously doesn't remember the torture of the run in to the 98 double win. I'd kiss the man's feet if I ever met him.

And another one earmarked to lead the Arsenal attack: Marco Né.
