Am I the only one who thinks that coyle is whoring out cahill in an effort to get somebody to buy him ? Everybody knows that bolton need to sell before they can buy but for me coyle is coming across as far too eager to sell cahill cos this is the 2nd time he has put this same story out there

Cahill is being out priced and the strange thing is neither of the top4 have gone in for him (yet).

Yes the Mata rumours are picking up wind. The independent rekons he was in london yday doing a medical - not sure how valid that is

It will be interest where Wenger see's Mata fitting in. An attacking midfielder (yes another) that can play across the middle.

So could be a replacement for Cesc, Nasri or even Arshavin.

What the hell is strange about that? How many of the "top 4" went in for Gervinho? We no longer compete with ManUre, City or Chel$ea for signatures

YET!

Citeh were looking at Cahill not to long ago and could still well be interested.
Also AVB said his main priorty was a 'British' centreback so Cahill's name was mooted about with the Chavs.
I'd only say that ManU looked to have done their business already with Jones and might be the only ones out of the running. Plus they've already got Ferdy & Smalling

I think the more the Barca players come out, the more Cesc will stay. Seems like its a desperate attempt to get him there.

+1. If this Mata transfer comes off I may, just, and I only mean just dare to dream of what might be.

I really have a gut instinct now that wenger will sign a CB now but on Aug 31st. i think he's gonna chance what weve got (against liverfool and manure!!) for the first few games, and sign Cahill when the window shuts.

I think Bolton are on a need to sell to buy summer, hence trying to get as much money out of any deal for Cahill as possible. They have been very quiet in the transfer market with only 2 guys from Burnley signed, I reckon? Normally have someone lined up we've never heard of by now and they need a replacement for Elmander
