Have said it before but will say it again, loaning players out is a pet hate of mine and ranks of a badly ran club to me - you loan young players out to get experience or to generate interest in them in the market, but you DO NOT loan out established experienced international players in my book. Sell them for whatever you can get if they want out, otherwise (in ramsdale's case) keep him as back up to save yourself bringing in yet another keeper
To be honest I don't see the point of a loan with an option to buy for Ramsdale, it just runs his contract down. Just make it an obligation FFS!

I don’t mind loan deals as long as there’s an obligation to buy the following year, as it allows clubs to juggle the financial side of things as we did with Raya.
