As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

All the saddos I know are already gloating on Facebook, want a really clever put down to his post

"COME ON YOU SPURS. Bring on the excuses from the Arsenal fans. Injuries? Kids? Penalty decision? Offsides? Fouls? Too cold?"

Anyone help?
Just tell them that Chesney Hawkes was all the rage last time it happened.....

and WHEN we don't beat them at their shithole we'll have to listen to it till next season. so that'll be a year's worth of pisstaking.

that and the fact that spurs know it doesn't mater how many goals we are ahead, score one and our defence falls to bits.
I hate this pathetic attitude. "oh noes the boys at work will be nasty to me". fuck them. grow some balls. tell them to fuck off. jesus christ

Disagreed. He at least showed some passion and creativity.

If anyone cost us today, it was Chamakh. He had a couple of great chances to put the game to bed, but instead refused to shoot and turned his back to goal.

People talk about Henry 'bottling it' in Paris, but Chamakh bottled it way more than TH14 ever did. At least Thierry actually took the shots on, for better or worse.

Why try and beat the defender again when you're clean through?

He's obviously picked up our way of playing at last. I mean all this direct route to goal stuff and scoring headers - what the fuck does he think he's playing at ?

Much more the GIC way today - why try a shot when you can do a nice little drag back

Exactly...it seemed every time he was one good touch away from a shot he stopped. Just stopped, let the defender get goal side of him, and tried to start the play again.

Wenger has lost it, why did he drop Djourou on the back of two of his best performances in an Arsenal shirt.. Koscileny isn't good enough for Arsenal!

well i'm sorry i'm not more like you, allowing every trouble to bounce off me with the confident stride of a man who just can't be knocked.
funnily enough, having to listen to the same bullshit over and over again gets very tedious and very annoying, and strangely enough, telling them to fuck off, or pointing out that i don't actually play for arsenal and am not responsible, or actually trying to discuss the match like an adult, or doing what i do which is ignore them, doesn't stop the constant deluge of cackling bullshit

Can anyone explain to me why did we take off Nasri and kept 2 defensive midfielders (yes id like to think Song is a defensive midfielder) in the field when the score was 2-2 at home?

Nasri was, by miles, our best player today. I'm very surprised that there's people knocking him.
