Tactically wrong, no surprises. A few players were poor but Monreal just looks like a rabbit in the headlights to me, just not up to it. You're not going to have two quality players in every position but your back-ups at least have to be solid and confident.

Flamini was just an utter cock. Utter utter utter utter cock. If he'd got sent off for a stupid second yellow or a misjudged professional foul that'd be one thing but he's been threatening to let us down like this all season. It was a dreadful tackle, glad he didn't really catch the bloke.

2 points dropped without doubt but given our first half performance, the way we threw away 2 goals and the way in which that clown let us down we could easily have lost on another day.

And you're shocked ? :o He has always had that "not enough brains to fill an m & m" mentality and a few of us predicted this earlier in the season
I'm not shocked - as I said he's been threatening to do it all season and he took all of about 10 minutes in his return in an Arsenal shirt to put in a two-footed lunge against Spurs. It's been on the cards all season so I'm not surprised it's happened, although I am a bit surprised at the circumstances - more of a 5 minutes in vs United than an 80 mins in vs Southampton tackle.

I don't remember him being so reckless in the tackle before he left?

Agree about shaw, quality left back. We should go in for him in the summer, gibbs has done well for us but if you want to be the best you've got to get the best. Hence why chelsea bought cashley although they had bridge at the time also at his peak.

Poor result really, for a team that are supposed to be title contenders anyway. 3rd has got our name written all over. Still the best season we've had in about 6 years regardless.

Imo Ozil is a passer and with no striker stretching the defense there just isn't the space he needs. He was shite first half though

Bad performance but we got a point . Could well be a valuable one . Flamini isn't the player he once was as he is too slow and a midfield with him and Arteta in is always going to struggle for pace. Felt we gave them too much respect and were far too defensive minded 1st half, but then we could have buried them.
No need to throw the dummys out of the pram just yet, but can see some chomping on the bit.

I could hope that this will revitalise Wenger into making some signings now but im too old for dreaming !

Utterly gormless tackle from Flamini and deserved to go but as far as threatening to let us down, he has worked hard to help us get 3pts in lots of games so let's not hang him for the draw.

We drew because we only bothered our arse to turn up in the second half. Sagna decided to ball watch and lost his man. Luke Shaw is an excellent LB,defensively he is a bit like A Cole in the early days and can get caught out but with a good defensive line it covers it up allowing him to improve.

Kos,BFG and Ches I couldn't honestly fault. It was a good point in the end. We could have had more but we should've been buried in the 1st.

So here's to Fat Sam parking the fucking bus tomorrow and Timmy From Borehamwood(he ain't no f**king good) snatching an unlikely point.

Another useful point, after not having the best of games. Still enjoying the moment and hoping it continues, I love the Arsenal x

I hope Tim gets fuck all, we don't want no help from the scum. I hope they lose every game.

I think thats the end of our prem campaign tbh. I know its not an awful result but Chelsea are looking like a Jose Mourinho side now and City just have so much abundance. I knew in that LC game with Chelsea we wouldn't win the league and that is because we barely made a dent in that game. We were just contained for the whole game and City we were outclassed. We should focus on the FA cup I reckon.

I agree , hard to admit but we simply haven't got enough quality (mainly up front) to get sufficient results in this hard run of games to win the league

What you thought we would win the league with our squad and our board of ditherers. I was going to happy with 3rd and the FA cup. Still will

Agree, he needs Walcott / Ramsey / Jack to be making the through runs to thread it through the defence for......so that ain't gonna happen in a game like tonight where we were so static.

Thought we were very lucky to get a point, with Southampton dominating the first half and, for me, even edging the second. You can't play Arteta and Flamini in the same side...although won't have to worry about that for the next 3 games at least...

The only positive to take out of the game was that we did get that point... We'd have lost that game in years gone by.
