Very strong defensively with the additions of Merino, Califiori and effectively Timber, although one of them will seemingly spend all season covering for permacroc Tomi.
But in attack we have very little depth and as usual Jesus is injured and will probably be 50% available at best.

Arsenal are unwilling to pay for Raheem Sterling, and would need him to take a significant pay cut.
The 29-year-old out is looking for a move before tomorrow’s deadline, after Enzo Maresca made it clear he is not in his Chelsea players.
The Independent report that Arsenal would require Sterling to settle his current deal with Chelsea, and will not go above £150,000-a-week as a contract offer.
Sterling is currently on £325,000-a-week.
Napoli have signed Lukaku. It's obvious they will let Osimhen go. Why are we even contemplating Sterling, a wide player who is going to be no more than cover for Saka, Martinelli and Trossard?

Too right price is an issue. Paying a high price for a back up goalie is stupid.
Let's get a striker (unlikely i know) or a winger (probably a little less unlikely). Who knows.
They haven't come out and said we're not signing anyone else so there's still that bit of hope that makes it interesting.
