It's all a load of Cannonballs in here! This is the virtual Arsenal pub where you can chat about anything except football. Be warned though, like any pub, the content may not always be suitable for everyone.

But it is rubbish to say we have not been active in the transfer window,we have loaned 3 players out !
I agree Herd....and anyway we should all know by now that there are 2 transfer markets "one external, and one internal for the development of young players already at the club".
We've made six signings in the internal market - what more do people want?
I've heard from friends who are Barca fans that loan for Cuenca until June is a done deal.
Arsene is probably waiting to announce it on deadline day, so he could brag how he can sign players in last minutes.
If this will really happen, I hope he will play on left wing with Poldi in center and not be used as Poldi sub in 70th

That's the 'Kiss of Death' - when a young Arsenal player goe sout on loan to ateam in a lower league it means they are getting an education...so they come back tougher and hungrier....when a Arsenal player goes to another Prem club (eg: camel) it means they are deffo in AW's OUT Tray.
AW: "Realistically I cannot tell you I will sign anyone tomorrow, Tuesday, or this year as I am not spending any money so that when we don't qualify for the CL, we are not worse off in any way and I get my bonus from Mr Kranky for a positive financial performance

Page one, post #3. Looks like skizz has inside knowledge.
It is understood that Arsene Wenger is set to launch a bid for West Ham United’s Mohamed Diame over the weekend, despite publicly claiming he is not interested in the midfielder.
The Gunners are in the market for a midfield enforcer, and Diame fits the bill perfectly following his form for the Hammers this season and the added fact that he has a £3.5million buy-out-clause in his contract.
Wenger has reportedly held doubts about whether the Senegalese international is good enough defensively, but is willing to take a gamble at such a price.
And an even more exciting prospect for Arsenal fans are the rumours emerging that Wenger may be preparing a late bid for Barcelona’s unsettled striker David Villa.
Barcelona have said publicly they will not be looking to sell the 31-year-old, but Arsenal feel there is enough encouragement there from the player, who is desperate for regular first team football.
Both could be deals that go right to the wire on deadline day so, watch this space
