Look at the graph nutty you plum its not something i've made up........... We were told by your mate George Osborn we would spiral into a deep recession upon a BREXIT vote but the opposite has happened :barscarf: the 2 quarters since the vote the economy has NOT dropped

Well, he's as much a liar as the other lot, Flash. It's irrelevant because as yet essentially nothing has changed. Only when it begins to change might you see differences, which I think you will.

amazing all these Brexiters are still bragging how the economy is still going up etc etc etc.

probably because the UK is still in the EU - there will probably be a little blip when we actually trigger article 50, and then again I am not expecting much change.

2 years time when we actually formally leave then you will start to see the signs of decline, it will probably be a slow decline, but decline we will.

At the moment in these days PRE BREXIT it is a bit like Arsenal in pre season saying that they are top of the league because the club starts in A

Hate to say it guys but i can remember some on here saying if we voted to leave the world would end immediately!

Kind of embarrassing that you are now throwing back at us the fact that Brexit hasn't happened yet but when the leavers used that same reasoning earlier in this thread to argue against the doom-mongering it was seen as an excuse and that the end of everything was just round the corner

Well that was based on us leaving the EU or at the very least enacting article 50. Who would have thought 8 months after the referendum we have only just decided when to leave, and a have a broader idea as to what the strategy will be.

Before the referendum there was propoganda on both sides. For every comment you have on the Economy from Remain you have the Brexiteers battle bus. It's going to cost £60 billion to leave the EU and that £285 million a week saving isn't going anywhere near the NHS.

Yet you look at the protagonists in the campaign, Cameron and Osborne fell on their Swords. Yet Boris Johnson one of the biggest liars throughout the campaign is now a cabinet minister.

So again I revert to my earlier comment nothing has changed, yet.............

You still haven't answered my original question. Go on admit it you don't know what the graph means. I am sure you couldn't even define or explain what constitutes a recession without looking up economics for dummies.

Arseofacrow is spot on nothing has changed. Saying Osborne is a liar and ignoring all the stuff said by leave is utterly retarded imo. As I said in my other post there was propaganda on both sides. That's politics at work, a large part of it involves bending the truth.

You're hilarious nutty

If I answered it you'd say I looked up the answer so it's bollocks...... You're so angry and abusive with people who you don't agree with, what's the story? What's your relationship like with your mother? :proudtosay:

I find it highly amusing that the pre referendum doom and gloomers have now changed their tune.
This includes various think tanks. The governer of the Bank of England. And all the other pro EU bodies who promised an immediate recession/apocalypse on the back of a Leave result.
These same people are now more worried about the health of the EU after Brexit takes effect.
Those people who are saying "ah, but we haven't actually left yet, and when we do then we will be in the shit" are grasping at straws.
Why don't you just admit you were wrong then. You are wrong now. And you will be wrong in the future?

Not even you olgit , with your undoubted marty mcfly qualities, can see in to the future. What is clear is that if we're trading with europe under the same regulations then nothing will have changed. As I wrote above (see above  ), my belief is that you will heavily regret this move.

Whatever possessed you to write the above email which misquotes and states future possibilities as facts....ah, I get it now MR FARAGE!

Of course I would say it was bollocks, because you don't know the answer to my question. Yet you think its appropriate to link a graph of the "economy" just to prove a thin aspect to your argument. I am not abusive at all in general, most people I know display two ounces of common sense. And yes some of them are brexiteers.

The problem with this thread is that it is littered with ill judged and ill informed comments.

With regards to my mother and family, we are all very close and get on great. Thanks for your concern.

Of course I understand the graph or I wouldn't have posted it and you're right there are lots of ill informed shit from both sides, just your abusive comments are shit mate and do nothing to help your argument.

Please disagree with me but don't try to belittle me by saying I don't understand the things I post

Haha, well go on then spit it out. It's only 2 months until we enact article 50 ;). If you feel I am abusing you I think I have given adequate reason for making a firm point which is closer to the truth than abuse. By the way your last comment was abusive suggesting that I argue so much that I don't get on with my family. Just saying :).

I am big enough and ugly enough to take the crap that comes my way on this thread, I don't lose any sleep at night. If I see a comment that is fundamentally flawed, it won't stop me from responding, even though I don't have as much time these days.

The Sigmund Freud reference was about his theories about mother relationships and was questioning why you're so abusive to people who disagree with you. Nothing about your actual mum just a jokey reference

If the whole world and his uncle are entitled to predict the future, then why the fuck shouldn't I be? :D

I'm having a pop at all those who predicted an immediate recession etc in the event of the referendum result going against their wishes. These people saw into the future and stated, as fact, that we would be totally buggered. Immediately. I can see the irony
Some of the doom and gloomers won't admit they were wrong. They maintain that the apocalypse hasn't happened yet, but it will on the day we leave the EU.

I've double checked my post. I can't find the misquote of which you speak. :rubchin:
