He has a terrible first half, the second he improved but so did the whole team. He's still wasteful with his passing and just not quick enough. I'ld start to play Ramsey instead of him tbh

And erm... Eboue carrying "the ball forward effectively"??!! Really...?

completely disagree - Denilson was fine yesterday, as for Song - he was outstanding!!! The reason Song had to be a little bit more expansive was because Cesc was annoymous, and with Walcott in the team everbody has to cover him, hence why Gallas had to keep coming over to support Sagna. Hence, Song had more groound to cover. Not every player has to do something outstanding, and Denilson was absolutely fine, its not Fifa!!!

Eboue is one of the best dribblers in the team, brings the ball forward well - its only when he gets to the box and has a nosebleed thats the problem!!

Agree to disagree - but Denilson was fine, and Song was outstanding - again.

i'm still pretty confused as to what to think after that,we all know andrey has that quality and lets hope he is fit for wednesday because we will need it again

vermaelen is already better then kolo ever was,its just a shame that he is playing with a clown in goal,the worst no.1 this club has ever had ?

i don't think he was that bad yesterday but the fact is the boy offers nothing and is using up a space in the team that we should have for a much better player(same goes for young teo')

Silly? Its an opinion and one shared by a few on here. Maybe you cant give credit to these two players specifcially as you spent the summer going on about how shit they were?

I think some people want every player to be doing flicks and tricks and be spectacular. Denilson was fine yesterday, he works hard, closes down and intercepts well - there is no need for a crunching tackle if you anticipate the game. He keep the ball well and helps us tick, especially helping when we counter attack.

Someone said a while ago, Denilson gets a lot of praise at the grounds, clapping etc because he often regains posession for us - but because he doesnt stand out like a bruiser fouling people he doesnt get any credit.

As i say, opinions are opinions, but some players are damned before they even walk on the pitch - anyone that dare disgaree's is "silly"!

yeah thats it,we know nothing and expect fucking samba shit from everyone

the boy spends most of the time on the deck,is absolutely useless when any half decent player runs at him and prefers to stand to the side and limply stick a leg out.

His one saving grace is this 'regaining possesion' thing ? well fucking hell if picking up loose balls and then rolling them 5 yards to the left/right is as good as it gets then i give up on him...
