I read your previous post and I disagree.
Sure the police are outnumbered, I appreciate that. If they're outnumbered, why aren't we bringing in the army to make up the numbers?
In addition, how is it that the police are standing there to hold a secure zone instead of proactively trying to stop these riots.

As for the cause of all this, in my opinion there are youths who wants to get respect/fear amongst their peers by being seen as bold. So going to loot helps that.
In turn they want to rep their areas, to make a name for their Firm or Crew.
In that sense it is very similar to people who fight for football teams.
We live in a very materialistic society, where education standards are lower than they should be, and too many homes have a lack of a strong role model.
It is a very sad week for the country.
