Just out of curiousity if the banner was displayed at a home game and confiscated by the high glo's does the banner be returned to owner at the end of the game ? Are the club legally entitled to not hand it back ?
Although given the understandable reluctance to display it inside the stadium (over-zealous stewards, AKB's, possible violence or even a ban) perhaps that might ultimately be the best way to do it?

I think I read somewhere that they are not entitled to keep it. However, let's ask Roly.....
