Re: BRIGHTON FA CUP THREAD
I'm really not a fan of squad rotation in the back 4. It's the one thing that should remain constant(bar injuries).
Re: BRIGHTON FA CUP THREAD
He is so unfit, it isn't even funny. He offers nothing defensively and going forward, he is pretty poor. Probably the worst left back that we have had in a long time. Fenerbache must be pissing themselves with laughter on duping us (granted he played 62 times for them)g60gooner wrote:Gibbs showed in 15 mins just how bad a "footballer" Santos is. How that man has Brazilian blood i do not know, you think they'd keep him under wraps and out of the public eye. Gives them all a bad name.![]()

TV guys fucked up there. Would have been great for a neutral. Disastrous for my blood pressure. Hope Barry wasn't watching!
Great result cos I honestly thought we would lose with that line up. Wish wwe had started witht he finishing line up, killed the game and then brought on the dross! Esp as it's the one thing we might win. I know. What planet am I on?

The question is if Giroud can turn up against the big teams.markyp wrote:good second half display but its a sad state of affairs when we always need our strongest 11 to win any game,a few years back our kids would have won this, still a win is a win and Giroud may have redeemed himself this week, lets see what he does against liverpool

That was scarey , how can that happen ? Overall happy with the win but their two goals were a fucking disaster...Santos spoke to a Brighton player as he (Santos) was leaving the pitch...Another shirt for the collection perhaps ?StuartL wrote:From the free kick right at the end we had 4 Arsenal players in the middle marking each other, with 2 Brighton players over on the far post.![]()

For gods sake sort it out
Re: BRIGHTON FA CUP THREAD
We should give them Santos and 5mil for their El-Abd. That guy was giving our strikers a hard time, he's on the same position as Santos so why not

I can see us drawing Everton mate! <gulp>![]()
Honestly though OBG. I would prefer to have them in the draw. After we beat them it might get the Moyes supporters on here to have a re-think.
Re: BRIGHTON FA CUP THREAD
I'd be happy with just "giving them Santos", no need for anyone in exchange. Maybe a family pack of Doritos or a Sack of salt to clear the steps outside the ground. More than a fair swap i reckon, possibly unfair on Brighton though.p206ab wrote:We should give them Santos and 5mil for their El-Abd. I agree mate.
Is there another team in Europe, if not the world who would buy him from us? Even the Australian and US leagues have standards.
Re: BRIGHTON FA CUP THREAD
Wenger will rest Giroud mid-week now, he'll play Wally up front on his own, you wait and see!!

Agreed still hate those *word censored* for what happened that day.Perryashburtongroves wrote:Don't go too far, mate. I still flashbacks to 1988...1989 wrote:WELL DONE LUTON

Hollowed out cheese, otherwise known as the moon?

Di Canio appeared on my stream in an interview with two minutes left to play. WTF?
Donaldo almost called it right though. A draw and revenue, plus league position compromised due to fatigue
