I had a dream we lost 3 nil with Kos scoring all 3 for Wigan.

Good job he isn't playing today then.

Yeah ffs, if we are scared about losing to wigan we might as well not turn up. The players will feel it too.

Get pissed have a good afternoon and lets get behind the boys, this should be a home game with a bit of atmosphere !

Come on you fucking Gunners.

I don't expect this to be any walk in the park. I was at Old Trafford for the semi final against Sheffield United and we just scraped that one. I expect this to be similar.

I'm really worried about this game. I don't think its an exaggeration to suggest this is the biggest game in years, considering how far we have been from winning a trophy. I'm even more worried when I see our starting line up from last season against the mighty Bradford:
Szczesny
Sagna
Mertesacker
Vermaelen
Gibbs
Coquelin
Wilshere
Ramsey
Cazorla
Podolski
Gervinho
Really hope the players show more bottle than that game, COYG

Absolutely, have a cracking day and hope to high heaven we get the result to match. Even though I have utter contempt for the stadium it will still be fantastic to see The Arsenal back playing on the big stage. My enduring memories of childhood will be the 5 FA Cup finals I was extremely fortunate to attend, cracking days. Except 2001. 2001 can suck my dick.

I'm getting nervous now which goes against all my earlier sentiments

Every game lately I go into it stating that I no longer care if we win or not and that I am quite comfortable losing if it puts pressure on le cock - then when the game starts I find myself absorbed by the game and shouting at the tv as much as I ever did. If I'm honest, I no longer react the same way when we concede these days as there is always a sense of inevitablility about it all and maybe the joy at winning is a bit tempered from the level it used to be

I'm also wondering if my enthusiasm for this game is dampened because we are only playing wigan and if we beat them then we will be only play hull or sheffield united in the final :rubchin: Despite what fans of the other clubs claim, we wont have had it easy to win this cup as we have beaten the scum, the victims and the toffee's along the way (albeit they were all home fixtures) but if you knock out teams of that caliber along the way, then doesnt it make sense that there will be less of the better teams left in it at this stage ? I know that had citeeh beaten wigan then we would be severely up against it to win the cup, but has any team ever won the cup by beating 3 of the top 7 teams along the way ?

forget about Wenger , Kronke, Gazides and the rest ..Today is for Arsenal FC and their supporters..give it everything on and off the pitch...Anything achieved now is in spite of not because of the fore mentioned people.. do it for our club, our history and our heritage. Remember why we are THE ARSENAL...

Rangers turfed out in the Cup semi-final today. Thank fuck that we're careful what we wish for and we'll never end up like them. I'm going for a good old-fashioned Self-Sustainability 1 Wigan 0 today.
