I knows probably shit but

Dicky Law tht says it all :lol:4 days b4 the window closes and now they send dicky law to soften their stance, pure comedy gold

The very same Cock Law, (dicky to his friends).
Bolton wanted £10m for Cahill, and limp dick offered £4m and Kyle Bartley.
We stole Bartley from their academy.
Yep. Dicky will offer snow, rain and pot holes in the road in an attempt to sign a bloke who is 31 y/o and recovering from a broken leg, and who cannot secure a starting place for Barcawhores.
Plenty of clubs claim never wanting to do business with Dick, dickhead mister fucking Laws.

David villa is not some over the top has been......he is a top class finisher that would add loads of goals to our team IF we had a manager and club willing to spend the cash which we all know will not happen  I can accept people questioning our potential purchases given wenkers ability to spot a shit player (and then sign him) from a mile away, but to knock David villa based on the fact that he can't get into what is the best probably the best club side the world has ever seen is ridiculous imo. Fact is that his age is why the transfer fee would be at that level and that is the ceiling of what our club would ever be willing to pay so 30m for a cavani type signing will never happen but this could be a runner if we had a manager with balls  :banghead:

David Villa is an absolute class act - still a top quality striker....

...but there is more chance of plaiting fog and treading in a rocking horse shit than there is of him signing for us

Set your sights lower........there must be a wonderboy from Le Havre or Lens we can get to save our season ?

IF we have actually sent a delegation over to discuss it then you have to say it looks promising. Can you believe how much shit would hit the fan if they have gone out there and then come back home emty handed?
Please let this be true :banghead:

Yoghurt knitting too? You forgot that one.

I ain't knocking his ability as a top striker. I am saying that Wenger won't be offering a bloke on the wrong side of 30, a contract that would attract him?
If, and it's a very big IF, we sign him. It has to tie in with Wenger losing a personal 'sell on dividend', (he allegedly has). Villa will want a 3 1/2 year £120k contract minimum. I cannot see the selfish Wenger giving it imo.

Ain't that the truth. I remember when my first wife in those lovely early stages of a relationship would nip out and buy me all my favourite things......then one day when I was looking forward to a nice Kronenburg I opened the fridge only to find a can of Fosters sitting there :(

That's how I'll be feeling at the end of this transfer window

At which point Wenger will declare "we were never in for him" whilst ambitious clubs fight over adding him to their squads. Never mind though I'm sure we'll cough up €10m for some no-mark from St Etienne
