The 2015 Transfer Rumours Thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Anyone heard anything?

Or know who he is??
I heard that the player is Reus.
Due to advances in science and stuff, we have genetically grown the world’s first super-player:

He has Maradona’s left foot, Garrincha’s right, Crouch’s heading ability, Valeron’s first touch and David Icke’s cock.
Just when I thought the weirdness concerning him couldn't get any weirder...and there you go...OP proves me wrong!

ps: as long as he doesn't look or dance like Crouch - I'm in.

Not necessarily linked to the exciting player X mystery, but yes I've also been made aware of the Reus thing.

Just out of interest, why do you think that?

It's July 9th, we've only spent £11m and have plenty to spend.

Surely the chances are we will add to our squad between now and the close of the transfer windows?

I hear this striker is available....

http://www.theguardian.com/football/201 ... ter-united

Fuck off.

The memory of this *word censored* wheeling away as if he has just scored the Goal of the Century after shanking it in off his shoulder against us still rankles.

But I'm not bitter.

Prick.

Judging by his previous MO I imagine once one of the petrodollar clubs break the record to sign somebody then the dominos will fall and Wenger will get someone at the end of the window.

I don't think we're at panic stations just yet.

Why are you angry? Remember only "minor tweaking" required.
"Evolution not revolution".

New contract for Arteta!!!

Higuain medical taking an age! Maybe Kalou's will finish before his?

Aaaah! Young Glass Hoppah - Have you not yet learnt the ways of the Ninja Tight Wad (aka: Tightcunto Wenger) yu may use the term 'only' but - in the eyes of the Master Tight Twat - that figure is HUGE....Even now he has sleepless nights having spent that amount on a goal keeper - regardless of their reputation and obvious worth....

You can light all the candles you want Young Glass Hoppah - But sadly once a Tight Wad Cunto - Always a Tight Wad Cunto....Especially when they are more blind than I - when it comes to Splashing The Moolah. Image Image Image

I'm now of the opinion that money isn't really the issue anymore.

I really genuinely believe that serious professional footballers of the kind we need are not interested in coming to Arsenal.

Let's be honest if money weren't an issue would any of us want to play for the Arsenal looking at things from an outsiders point of view, 2 FA Cup wins in 10 years is hardly going to entice players who want to win leagues and much as some of us may deride the competition the ECL.

That i believe is now the real stumbling block for a top professional looking to add to his trophy cabinet i just don't think an FA cup medal is enough of a challenge or incentive.

Again i emphasise looking from an outsiders point of view not my own. :barscarf:

Edit: Only another 53 Day 23 Hrs and 14 Mins until all our prayers are answered though :D

Apart from advertising it on bus stops all over the place, I'm not sure how much more Bayern have to do to let the world know that schweinstiger is up for sale - any chance le cock would dust off his cheque book to bring in another proven winner to be the driving force in our midfield ?? :rubchin: Doubtful of course

I can't wait for Higgy NOT to join us all over again. Him and Benzema are clearly trying to break Remy's record for amount of times they nearly joined us
