As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Denilson rules out Liverpool, Chelsea, Spurs, or Man City move after Arsenal
Arsenal benchwarmer Denilson has informed Arsene Wenger he wants to quit the Emirates because of the club's trophy drought, and even had the cheek to inform rivals clubs not to bother making a bid.
The Brazilian misfit, who has lost his place in the first-team this season, ruled out a move to Tottenham, Chelsea, Manchester City, or Liverpool, but the manner of his announcement will come as a shock to the red half of north London.
The news of his imminent departure will come as no surprise to many Gunners fans, who have been increasingly frustrated at Wenger’s persistent faith in the midfielder.
But the blaming of Arsenal’s baron spell without silverware will certainly come as a kick in the teeth to both Wenger, and the section of Gunners faithful who have continued to back him despite a host of underwhelming displays.
"This has been the worst season of my life and I am so upset, so frustrated,’ said the former Sao Paolo star.
‘I am a winner and I came here to win trophies but I've been here for five years and won nothing.
‘A footballer's career is over very quickly so it is time for me to move on.
‘This is not a sudden decision. I made up my mind eight months ago. I was fed up of coming home and feeling down.
‘But I haven't said anything until now because I didn't want to disrupt the team during the season. And I haven't caused a big scene.
‘I can't see myself returning in a Chelsea shirt, or Liverpool or Manchester City - and definitely not Tottenham. I think my future will be Italy or Spain.
‘It's great to play beautiful football but sometimes to be a winner you have to play ugly if you want to succeed.’
WHO, have continued to back him?? What section? Perhaps this is the same section that continued to clap Greedy, Nasri just before they went...... so perhaps there is a section... the section that continue to clap Diaby for example... who deserves to be boo'd to the rafters..... Hmmmm... fuck him... if he ever gets to play for us again, I hope, really hope that he gets abuse, rotten fruit and monkey shit thrown at him.
He'll never play for us again. This awful chapter of the non-Brazilian is over thankfully.
That article is a year old btw, no point getting wound up over it now lads. Just laugh it off and move on. One thing's for sure, Denilshit would certainly have made a decent comedian with comments like that. Perhaps he should pursue a career in that field as he sure as fuck ain't no footballer.
On a more positive note, Giroud has confirmed on his Twitter that he's a 'Gunner' before deleting his tweet shortly after.

Hmmm.. a year old maybe, but I still remember Wenger, putting this wanker on the bench after he gave a similar interview in the Sun.... so, I wouldn't be surprised at anything Wenger does, he also played that *word censored* Nasri in the Liverpool home game, Nasri should have got abuse in that game but didn't, some of our fans can be right divs at times...
Agreed mate. Wenger is too lenient and that is one issue that bothers me greatly about him. No wonder even our shit players think they're the dogs bollocks (Nicklas "I'm the best striker in the world" Bendtner, Abou "My dream is to win the Ballon d'Or" Diaby, etc)
And yeah, I remember a section of the crowd singing Nasri's name in that game. Embarrassing ain't the word.....

Old article hes trying to get Arsenal to release him on a free whereas Arsenal want 5 million for him very similar to Vela who will also be making his way back to North London unless we offload soon,No fucker wants Chamakh either so unless we do so soon on a free we will be carrying these AND Arshavin who int wanted in St Petersburg anymore .
Djourou will go nowhere on his wages and Diaby is wengers love child so dont expect the dross to shift easily !

I think Vela will probably fetch 5 million after the season he's had in la Liga. The rest is going to be a tad difficult to shift, think even Delboy would struggle
Montpellier president Louis Nicollin claims Arsenal have completed the signing of France forward Olivier Giroud.
Giroud, part of Laurent Blanc's Euro 2012 squad which was knocked out by Spain in the quarter-finals on Saturday, is thought to command a transfer fee in the region of £13million.
Speaking to French newspaper Midi Libre, Montpellier president Nicollin confirmed the transfer had now been completed after Arsenal met the player's release clause.
However, Nicollin maintained a move to take Chamakh in the opposite direction back to France was not part of the Giroud deal.
Not sure what to think about this one. I think that Ramsey could be good, but not right now. I'd like to see him on loan going there for a year, but for £10 million, I'd be inclined to sell.
The negative side of this is that he qualifies as Home Grown, so not sure if it will happen.
