I could...i doubt the 100k a week for a free transfer worth more than 15m would stop the deal, the problem would be if a club with more ambition/chance of success than us made him a similar or better offer...
I dont see him leaving london, i reckon chelsea will give him a new deal now they have been priced out of benyaoun from liverpool, why give liverpool £10m for him and wages when you have joe cole, surely it makes sense for them to give him a new contract
