Not going to comment much more got to much to do, and I have to be honest and say I find your comments confusing. Would be delighted if you listed five ways this campaign can attract attention and get things done though.
Quite plain and clear what I hope this campaign achieves, and I have thrown my tuppence in as to how it can be achieved.
I thought we agreed on these at the weekend ! They are simple, precise and seem to address the fundamental concerns that 90% of the people that have contributed to this thread share. The point about ticket prices needs to be played carefully. If we become too militant in this point and demand decreases then the club will say that our arguments about seeking further investment in the playing staff are contradictory. We simply need to point out that in supporting the club's ambition to compete with Europe's elite and having taken up our side of the bargain with what we pay in ticket prices, that we do not believe the objective of competing with "Europe's elite" is being achieved. We were closer to winning the cup with the Big Ears before we moved; fact.Arsenal 1991 wrote:1.) Needs to be more focused on reinvestment of the very high and still increasing ticket prices more than just asking for players to be bought.
Also we should add something to the second one as its not just about youth players its about all the players getting new bigger contracts on little or no merit.
Agreed - I do think the point can be used to helpdrive home our point.
