and Babs cant count: 9 years ago was 2003, 8 was 2004
we won trophies in both those years (and 2005)

isn't 'Arry great?
I may be wrong and please correct me if I am but I'm sure Babatunde was "judging" Giroud on a lot more than his performance today. He's posted before that Giroud is overrated even before he signed for us.
yes you're wrong
in that post I was slating you not Babs
I saw almost every game Giroud played last season - he was very good,
one of the main reasons Montpellier won the league and the reason we bought him

who knows whether he will recreate that kind of form in the Prem
insane to judge him on one sub appearance
But I havent posted that Giroud wasn't any good cause unlike you I havent watched him, so how were you slagging me? :? I dont know if hes any good or not. Only seen him today? :?

Our formation is (still) utter muck.

Cannot raise the energy to bitch about the myriad other problems right now.

Massive case of de ja vu.

I think that wooshed right over your head JD.

I would say it was more aimed at one of Wengers fav buzz words.

Fact is we need a striker who can deliver and deliver now. There ain't time for adjustment or waiting to see if his form can be recreated in England.

Mother fucker needs to hit the ground running.

Well you read wrong mate. It wasn't critism. I havent seen him play until today so cant critisize. It was a feeble attempt at irony mate. Its what you AKB's always say bout new signings. Mantra.

What did I say about subs and formation? :? I didn't mention subs or formation? :?
jd i think you're on the Stellas.

70% possession, no penetration.
A bunch of jokers called Giroud a "quality signing" even though they'd never seen him kick a ball in French football.
Perhaps they were overwhelmed by his 3 minutes of action at the Euros. LOL
Arsenal are a joke under Wenger. This incompetent corporate egotist has weakened the team again, meaning that for the 8th/9th year in succession; Arsenal will win nothing and continue to be a standing joke.

Oh and as for Giroud? Take your choice between the new Guivarch, or the new Gignac.
There's a reason he hadn't even got any Europa League experience!

Hope you rich people with more money than an iota of brains enjoy lining Arsene and Stan's pockets because you're getting the team your submissiveness deserves.

Oh well at least we got rid of RVP eh? We'll "score more goals as a team" (so long as it isn't against Sunderland, and at home ha ha)

:rubchin:
YES we'll still challenge for the title this season, 100%.

What's the point of your existence on this forum? All you ever do is talk down the club you supposedly 'support'.

we lost the little bit of attacking intent we had when Ramsey came on. he was on for 20 mins and gave the ball away more than he completed forward passes. and again, gets the ball in the box and does some piece of shit back heel to no one. when is enough enough for this guy? how does he keep getting play time?

Sutch mate I'm basing it on what I've seen of him in a whole year in France. He's what Gignac or Guivarch or Pierre-Alain Frau all were. Plenty have ripped Ligue 1 in a one off season. Giroud is gash mate I'm telling you. The worst is yet to come.

Bit of a limp performance really. :?

Cazorla looks special though 8)

From what I've seen of Giroud so far (Cologne and Sunderland) he's missed every chance that's presented itself to him... and the one today was an AWFUL miss  ...and that's a tad worrying, but nothing too conclusive so far as to whether he's a decent finisher missing chances or a shite finisher doing what shite finishers do best :?
