Danny Welbeck Signs (dont moan)

I'm delighted for the lad. It was good to see a player that clearly feels unshackled from the baggage of his former role. I think he could really blossom given the chance.

Unfortunately I have to agree with Augie that Sanogoals is likely to start up front at the weekend
the only difference for me is that I think Wellbeck will also start but it'll be on the wing :banghead:

The second goal was a very good finish, the way he shaped his body to angle it into the corner. The first was a bit of a scuffer off his shin but his drive to get into the box to be on the end of it was impressive, and not something we see enough from our current forwards, Sanogo would have tripped up before reaching the penalty area and Giroud would have been doing his hair on halfway.

Very early days but positive signs.

Hopefully there's some truth in this. One can only dream but Gazidis could make himself an Arsenal legend should he end Wenger's tenure here prematurely.

Seeing as Wenger appointed Gazidis, I think it is far more likely that Wenger will end Gazidis' tenure rather than the other way round. Such is the mental shit gripping our club. :|

I'd love to be able to appoint my own boss. The cúnt that currently fills that role would now be unemployed. And a very naked Jennifer Lawrence would now be giving me orders. When her mouth wasn't wrapped tightly around my cock of course. 8)

Wenger died not appoint Gazidis , he is Kronke's man completely.
Wenger has consistently undermined him and brought in Dick Law to put an end to Gazidis involvement in any transfers.
Some of the players we have on out books were Gazidis signings ONLY,they include Park,Myachi,Cambell and Wellington.

I just find it amusing how some people (before the bitching starts I'm not directing this at any one person in particular) claim that AW makes every decision at the club and then when the argument suits also claim that players etc. are signed without his knowledge and/or approval!

I'd love to know where a lot of this 'inside information' that we often appear to get on here comes from. I think a lot of it comes from inside people's own heads.

The problem with that is that he could also make himself the villain of the peace if the replacement is shite.

Like the voices that tell me to burn things eh?

The only reason I'm questioning it is because Wenger hasn't yet uttered a single word on the transfer. I find this absolutely incredible 8 days on, there's always a comment from Wenger on Pravda about every signing let alone our third biggest ever transfer.

He's got a lot on his mind, Rodders. He just got sacked from his moonlighting job on TV. How is he going to live on the insultingly measly £8million per annum we pay him? :(
