Actually, Kos did some good defending, was running at them in the final third with the ball and scored the goal, I'll give him 7 out of 10

Utterly appalling performance so very satisfying to rob 3 points.

Giroud was awful and the one decent thing he did all game earned us a goal. Ramsey had a poor game today although he did improve after we went ahead. All 4 of our wide players were shocking and they all just kept relying on giving the ball to Ozil, meaning he was stuck in harmless wide positions surrounded by a horde of defenders too often.

Koscielny was fucking rubbish today until his goal. For Wijnaldum's missed chance he inexplicably got dragged across by Mitrovic who was running straight into Mertesacker and left a gaping hole, and on top of that continuously pushed forward out of pushing and made too many trademark rash decisions and stupid fouls. Likewise with Flamini - great against Man City but gets delusions of grandeur against lower teams and his positioning and general defensive work was terrible today.

The Campbell substituion should have happened much earlier - whatever you think of the bloke he will up the tempo of a tired game and create some space by running at players (even if his end product is still pretty non-existent).

Imagine the piss boiling from just about everyone if we scrape our way to a horrible, grubby title win with performances like that for the rest of the season

Oh, sorry Campbell was good when he came on. He gave us all a lift, worked hard made sensible decisions and the only guy not panicking. 8)

Also, what was Flamini thinking going for that ball to earn a yellow???

Delighted we got the 3 points, but what an awful performance. It's reached the stage that no matter how shit the opposition, if they turn up with a good game plan, then we are in big trouble.

cech was supposed to win us 15 points this season.

i'd say its a little worrying seeing how many he actually has won already. if we had a steady defence and an intelligent, defensive minded holding midfielder we would be walking this league, even with giroud.

we like doing things the hard way eh

You could see it coming - Flamini was visibly frustrated and was launching wildly into tackles before that.

Pity because he showed that he can be a decent enough performer there against City but against just about anybody else he thinks he doesn't need to defend. He was fucking nowhere to be seen today when they were waltzing through our midfield because his discipline was non-existent and he was roaming out of position all game.
