He gets on with what?In 10 seasons he has scored 58 league goals.At any other top club with a manager with half a brain he would have been out the door a long time ago

Agreed. His anodyne comments and clean cut image means he has a long career in punditry ahead of him, so prepare to be bored by him for years to come.

He also has this annoying habit of saying ''like I say'... or ''like I said''. If you've already said it then you dont need to say it again FFS!

And like many footballers he keeps using the word ''obviously''. If its obvious ... dont say it! Say something that isnt obvious ... if you can?!

Two things here;

1. What secrets? If anyone can't figure out our One Very Obvious Plan (we'll call it "A" ) then they are really limited intellectually!

2. That statement by him shows where his real ambition lies. Not with the club paying him £140K a week.
