Here's my desperate, straw-clutching hope; Wenger is no longer trusted to bring in decent players, the board have not given him any more money to waste and he's been told to clear his desk at the end of the season. Any money we do have will be given to his replacement in the summer when we know if we'll be in the chumps league or the Yawnropa league.

If I got proof this were true, I would go and watch every home game and smile with every defensive f**k up up knowing each one brings us closer to THE END of his time and a new era is coming.
I hope you are right, f'ing doubt it though.

A striker should not be our priority ,we have them ,were just dont play them as strikers .
We desperately need a central defender of quality !
We Urgently need a good left back either as cover for Gibbs or to replace him so he can play midfield left where i think he would be mustard !
We are crying out for a defensive midfielder of proven quality as Arteta will always take longer to recover from knocks as he gets older !
We could do with a Good Goal keeper .
But above all we need a Leader of men who can read the game ,we haven't had one since Vierra left .
Like Diana Ross and talking Heads.......................Im still waiting !

The squid has turned down a load bid from Brighton .
The only thing I can see happening today is jenko and aa23 going out on loan to trim our already trim squad

8.43am Arsenal have tabled another bid for Barcelona's David Villa, Sportsmail sources understand. It is believed to be between £10m and £12m
Finally offered some reasonable money. I bet at first he gave 5mil and was surprised how they refused...

They cannot send Jenkinson on loan, with Gibbs out they may as well try him at left back doubt he could be worse than Santos.
I am not sure who wants and can afford Arshavin on loan.
