Not my words, the words of john@itvsport :barscarf:
i wasn't impressed with Sneijder at the Ec. and we don't need another ball player/free kick specialist, we need a destroyer/ disrupter in the mould of paddy, petit, makele, parlour, frimpong, m'vila who has the knack of passing forward rather than sideways or back.

i'd still take vertonghen even though he has been enthusiastic about joining the scum. I understand that's cos he wants a starting place as CB not RB which was his fear about The Arsenal.

Tevez. don't want him. Dzeko and Silva would be a fine swap for RvP.
Id take Ballotelli as a swap. Seems fair and I think Bal has a really bright future. Would love him to club.

that's not saying much is it - no wins, two goals for the team...

I have seen him play well in the CL, but he's only little so i'm not sure how he'd fare in the PL where he'll have less time, less space and get kicked to eff.

but anyway, we don't need him.

Moutinho of Portugal is impressing me, getting a proper solid DM has to be the priority.

If we are doing deals with Man City then surprised 'hatchet man' De Jong not got a mention. Would also like Micah Richards who grew up supporting us and in my opinion would be solid back up as CB as well as RB and would probably do a better holding job than Song as he has the size, the pace and the power to fill a DM slot.

AW would not touch Tevez or crazy Mario and would not pay Dzeko wages I doubt.

Would take Adam Johnson......but want to keep RVP!

Make Denilson Captain of the day, followed by Bendy, Diaby, Arshavin, Chamack.

Get rid of them all by Tuesday.

or it could be because vla, bartender and chamak are off & these are the replacements. it's all hocus pocus until we hear some official news rather than idiot journo's making up shit to fill their columns.

The milkman told me this morning that his mate who lives next to The Arsenals training ground was walking the dog last night and there was a lot of activity late evening over there.
He likened it to when an important player was taking a medical/signing as he'd experienced before.
He hung around till 10pm but had to go....so didn't see who it was..!!
M'Villa perhaps...??
