ALL Transfer talk - merged thread

As we're unlikely to see terraces again at football, this is the virtual equivalent where you can chat to your hearts content about all football matters and, obviously, Arsenal in particular. This forum encourages all Gooners to visit and contribute so please keep it respectful, clean and topical.

Sebastian Vidal sports journalist is the source, his tweet seems a bit positive,i find in general that some football fans cant be believing something positive as its much easier to believe something negative 😉

❗️As exclusively revealed, Eberechi Eze’s release clause expires tomorrow, and Arsenal are aware that Tottenham plan to submit a bid before the deadline. The Gunners have been focused on offloading players to raise funds and balance the squad before making any formal approach to Crystal Palace.

We’re told Arsenal do plan to make a bid, but not immediately. There’s a feeling they may be waiting for Spurs to reach an agreement with Palace before swooping in to hijack the deal.

As Arsenal are also in talks with Rodrygo’s representatives as part of plans to strengthen the left wing. Their pursuit of Eze has no impact on their interest in Rodrygo.

If we could get both it'd be awesome. Either one would be good. neither would be very poor and stupid. Knowing our lot.......

But why on earth would Eze want to move from Palace to smaller club like the Scum? :? :D
